Your trucks are moving whether the software works or not. Managed Zoho FSM puts the work orders, the dispatch board, the technician app, and the invoicing in one system we configure and run for you. We build the job templates, set the scheduling rules, get your crews working offline in the field, and connect all of it to CRM and your accounting, so the day ends with jobs closed and invoices sent.

With Cascadia you get

  • We build the work orders
  • The dispatch board fits your day
  • Technicians get a short list
  • Jobs turn into invoices
  • Your account, your data

What the Managed Part Actually Means

The dispatcher, who needs the whole day visible on one screen and needs to reassign a job in seconds when a truck breaks down.

Technicians Get a Short List

Field crews will not use software that asks them to navigate a database in a crawl space.

Jobs Turn into Invoices

The gap between finishing work and sending a bill is where field businesses lose money.

Your Account, Your Data

Nothing sits behind an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you. If you bring this back in house, it is already yours.

Integrations Get Monitored

We check the connections carrying your invoices, customers, and parts, and we fix them before a reconciliation turns into a week of work.

Who This Comparison Is For

Equipment Dealers Servicing What They Sold

Warranty work, billable repairs, and parts consumption all trace back to a specific machine at a specific address.

Facilities and Property Maintenance Teams

Recurring inspections across dozens of sites turn into a scheduling problem nobody wants to own.

Companies Moving Off Spreadsheets and Paper

Carbon copy work orders and a shared calendar hold together until they do not, usually during your busiest month.

Choose Service Fusion if

  • Ten or more people need access and seats would add up
  • You want flat pricing with unlimited users
  • QuickBooks plus job costing on Plus covers you

Choose Cascadia if

  • Technicians need a short list, not a database
  • You want the portal without moving to Pro
  • Nobody watches the syncs into accounting

How Our Managed Zoho FSM Service Works

Whether you are replacing paper tickets or untangling a setup somebody configured and abandoned, the sequence is the same. We learn how your jobs actually run, build it properly, then operate it.

  1. 1

    We Assess Your Current Setup

First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.

  2. 2

We Learn How You Run Jobs

We follow the current process rather than replacing it on a diagram, and we take the customer list, the assets, and the price book as they exist today.

  3. 3

We Build It and Pilot It

Real jobs surface gaps that a demo never will, and we fix those before the rest of your technicians touch it. Your old process keeps running until the pilot crew stops going back to it.

  4. 4

We Run It and Keep It Working

We watch the integrations into CRM and accounting, adjust scheduling rules as you add crews and territories, keep the reporting current as your questions change, and send a monthly summary of job volume and anything that failed.

How Service Fusion works

What Service Fusion Does, in Their Own Words

Service Fusion prices flat with unlimited users on every tier. The figures below come from their own pricing page, read in September 2026.

Every tier includes unlimited usersNo per-seat charge at all, which is the whole argument for it once you have ten or more people needing access.
Annual billing saves about 15 percentCharged as a single payment up front, with month to month carrying no long-term contract.
No free tier or free trialAnd older directory listings still quote lower figures such as $149 and $389, so check the date on any comparison.

Service Fusion Alternative Questions

Straight answers about switching, pricing, and what moves with you.

See Managed Zoho FSM

Still have a question?

How is Cascadia different from Service Fusion?

The main difference is that your technicians open the app to a short list, not a database. Field crews will not use software that asks them to navigate a database in a crawl space. We set up the mobile app so each technician opens it and sees the next job, the tasks, and nothing else, with offline capture that syncs the moment signal returns.

What happens to my existing work order data?

We import your customers, service addresses, assets, and price list so the system is useful on day one. Historical job records can come across too, though very large archives are scoped as a separate project since the cleanup usually takes longer than the import. We keep your old system readable during the transition rather than switching everything over in one weekend.

Who owns the Zoho account and the data?

You do. Everything lives inside your own Zoho subscription under your company name, and we work in it as administrators. Nothing sits behind an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you. If you bring the work back in house or move to another partner, the system is already yours and stays exactly where it is.

What if we run a large field team?

We scope the fee to your operation, based on the number of users, territories, and job types, since a fifty technician operation with contract pricing needs meaningfully more ongoing attention than a five truck company. Tell us how your operation works and we will recommend the plan that fits.

What is managed Zoho FSM?

Managed Zoho FSM is a monthly service where we set up and run Zoho FSM inside your own Zoho account. That covers work order templates, the dispatch board, scheduling rules, the technician mobile app, estimates and invoicing, the customer portal, and the integrations into CRM and Books. You own the account and the data. We do the configuration work and stay accountable for keeping it running as your operation changes.

What is included in the monthly plan?

Work order and service task setup, dispatch console configuration, scheduling and territory rules, crew and skill based assignment, technician mobile and offline setup, estimate and invoice templates, price books, customer portal and notifications, CRM and Books integration, outside connections through Zoho Flow or webhooks, dashboards, and ongoing change requests. You also get a monthly summary of job volume and integration health. Very large historical data migrations are scoped separately.

Is Zoho FSM included in Zoho One?

Yes. Zoho FSM is part of the Zoho One suite, so a Zoho One subscription gives you access to it without a separate FSM license. Our plans cover any mix of Zoho apps, Zoho One or individual apps, priced by hours of Zoho work rather than by users or apps.

Do I need Zoho CRM to use Zoho FSM?

No. Zoho FSM runs on its own and holds its own customer and contact records. That said, most field businesses already sell before they service, and keeping quotes in one system and jobs in another creates duplicate customers fast. If you run CRM, we wire the two together and decide which system owns each field so they stay in step.
