The Managed Way To Replace WPForms

Forms are how most of your work starts, and they are usually the least managed thing you own. Managed Zoho Forms puts the building, the logic, the integrations, and the reporting in one place we run for you. We design the forms, route every submission into CRM and the systems behind it, block the spam, and fix the connections before a week of leads goes missing.

With Cascadia you get

We build the forms
Submissions reach the right system
Spam gets handled, not tolerated
One place, one owner
Your account, your data
Integrations get monitored

The short version

Where a managed service beats running WPForms alone

Here is the ongoing work behind that. So the questions we ask are all about what happens downstream.

What changes once we run it

The work that matters starts after somebody hits submit, when the entry has to reach the right system, trigger the right notification, and carry the campaign data that tells you what it was worth.

Integrations get monitored

We check the connections that carry your submissions outward, to CRM, to Slack, to Sheets, to whatever else, and we fix them before the gap turns into lost revenue.

We build the forms

You do not need to learn a form builder or argue with a layout on a Friday afternoon. Tell us what you need to collect and from whom, and we build it, test it, and put it live.

Submissions reach the right system

An entry that sits in a list is not much better than a voicemail.

Spam gets handled, not tolerated

Public forms find bots within days of launch. We layer CAPTCHA, honeypots, rate limits, and validation, then keep watching what still lands and tighten the rules.

Who this comparison is for

Teams moving off WordPress form plugins

Gravity Forms and Contact Form 7 entries usually end up in a shared inbox and nowhere else.

Operations teams running approvals

Requests, time off, purchases, and change orders all follow the same pattern, and all of them stall in somebody’s inbox.

Field crews collecting data on site

Inspections, deliveries, and site visits happen where signal is unreliable and hands are full.

How our managed Zoho Forms service works

Whether you are starting with one form or untangling twenty that different people built, the sequence is the same. We find out what exists, rebuild what should stay, then run it.

  1. 1

    We assess your current setup

First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.

  2. 2

    We inventory what is live

For each one we record where it is published, where the entries go, who receives them, and whether anybody still reads them.

  3. 3

    We rebuild and connect

We rebuild the forms worth keeping with proper logic, validation, and spam protection, then wire each one into CRM and whatever else needs the data.

  4. 4

We run it and keep it working

We watch the integrations, review what the spam filters are catching, keep the reporting current as your questions change, and send a monthly summary of volume and anything that failed.

WPForms alternative questions

Straight answers about switching, pricing, and what moves with you.
We already use WPForms. What changes here?
What changes is that the integrations behind your forms get monitored. We check the connections that carry your submissions outward, to CRM, to Slack, to Sheets, to whatever else, and we fix them before the gap turns into lost revenue.
If Zoho Forms is the only Zoho app you use, the standalone plan is fine. Most companies collecting form data are also running CRM, Desk, or Campaigns, and at three or four apps the Zoho One license usually costs less than those subscriptions stacked separately. We will tell you which side of that line you are on rather than guessing.
You do. Every form, every submission, and the Zoho subscription itself sit in your organization account under your company name. We work inside your account rather than holding your data in ours. If you stop working with us, nothing needs to be exported or handed back, and we document how everything is wired so any provider can pick it up.
Most changes, such as a new field, a wording edit, a routing change, or a new notification rule, are done within two business days. A new form build or a new integration takes longer because it gets tested before it goes live. Anything that will take longer than a few days, we tell you up front.
Yes. The Zoho Forms mobile app collects entries offline and syncs them once a connection returns, which suits inspections, site visits, and delivery confirmations. We configure the app for your crews, add signature, photo, barcode, and location fields where the job needs them, and make sure offline entries route into the same workflows as your web submissions.
Managed Zoho Forms is a monthly service where we build and run your forms inside your own Zoho account. That covers designing the forms, setting the conditional logic, wiring submissions into CRM and the rest of your systems, blocking spam, and keeping the reporting accurate as things change. You own the account and the data. We do the work and stay accountable for it.
Form builds and rebuilds, conditional and multi page logic, website embedding, approval workflows, notification and autoresponder rules, CRM and Zoho suite integrations, outside connections through Zapier or webhooks, payment setup, spam protection, permission management, and submission reporting. You also get a monthly summary of volume and any connection failures. Very large one time migrations are scoped as separate projects.
Yes, and it is the most common reason people call us. We map every form field to the right CRM field, set the record owner and the lead source, configure duplicate matching so the same person does not create three separate records, and test the whole path with real submissions before the form goes live to the public.
Yes. Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, and older plugins all get rebuilt in Zoho Forms and embedded back into the same pages, so your visitors see no difference. The gain is that submissions stop landing in a shared inbox and start creating CRM records with the campaign data attached. We keep the old form running until the new one is proven.
Public forms attract bots within days of going live. We configure CAPTCHA, honeypot fields, submission rate limits, and validation rules tuned so real people are not blocked. Then we watch what still gets through and tighten the rules. Where a form is a frequent target, we can put it behind an access restriction or require email verification before an entry counts.
