The Dynamics 365 Sales Alternative, Run for You
Dynamics 365 Sales is a deep platform, and depth needs an administrator who knows Dataverse, flows, and licensing. We move your records to Zoho CRM and run it on a monthly plan: a pipeline that fits, blueprints in place of process flows, Microsoft 365 mail and calendar connected, and dashboards for each manager. The Zoho subscription is yours.

- Process flows rebuilt as blueprints
- Microsoft 365 mail and calendar connected
- Priced by hours, not license tier
- Your account, your data

Inside the Monthly Management Fee
Our plans are priced by hours of Zoho work, not by license tier. Essentials is $250 a month, billed monthly with no setup fee and no annual contract. Zoho bills the CRM license on its own. These tasks fit inside the hours.
- Pipeline and stage design from your Dynamics sales process
- Migration of accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and notes
- Custom fields, modules, and layouts per role
- Workflow rules and alerts
- Blueprint process enforcement
- Scoring rules and qualification
- Assignment and routing rules
- Microsoft 365 mail, calendar, and telephony connections
- Roles, profiles, and field level security
- Reports, dashboards, and monthly changes
Where We Fill the Skills Gap
Microsoft documents Dynamics thoroughly. Reading the documentation is not the same as having someone to configure it.
A Lighter Platform Underneath
Microsoft states that Dynamics 365 Sales runs on Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps model-driven design (October 2026). Zoho CRM has no separate data platform for you to learn, and we handle the administration.
Licensing Without a Guide
Microsoft points buyers to its Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide to compare offerings (October 2026). Our plans are priced by hours of work, and we tell you which Zoho edition you need and when an upgrade is worth it.
A Straight Answer When Dynamics Is Right
If your company runs on Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI, and Power Platform, Dynamics fits that environment better than anything we run. We will say so on the first call.
Someone Owns the Setup
Dynamics lists agents, copilots, and sequences, each with its own configuration page. In Zoho we keep the number of moving parts small and review them monthly.
Who Should Read This Comparison
Teams That Bought Dynamics for Outlook
Microsoft lists an app for Outlook that surfaces sales data in the inbox (October 2026). If that is the main draw, Zoho CRM also connects to Microsoft 365 mail and calendar.
Companies with No Dynamics Specialist
The professional edition is $65 per user and the enterprise edition is $105 (October 2026). The licenses are the smaller line when nobody knows how to configure them.
Smaller Sales Teams Priced Out of Premium
Premium is $150 per user a month and includes 1,000 Copilot Credits (October 2026). A team that mainly wants a clean pipeline may never use what that price includes.
Choose Dynamics 365 Sales if
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform run your company
- You have an administrator or partner for Dynamics
- You want Copilot agents inside the CRM
Choose Cascadia if
- You need a clean sales CRM without a platform to learn
- Nobody can configure Dataverse and flows
- You want a fixed monthly plan, not license tiers
How a Move from Dynamics 365 Sales Runs
- 1
Inventory the Environment
We list tables, custom columns, business process flows, Power Automate flows, and security roles. Each gets a decision: keep, rebuild, or drop.
- 2
Design the Zoho Setup
Pipeline stages, layouts, roles, and sharing are written down in plain words first. You approve them before the build.
- 3
Export, Import a Sample, Then Everything
Records leave Dynamics in files we check for gaps. A sample import comes first, then the full one, with counts reconciled against the source.
- 4
Connect Microsoft 365 and Switch
Mail and calendar are connected, reps get a short walkthrough, and Dynamics stays available for a brief overlap before you retire it.

Dynamics 365 Sales Alternative Questions
What Dynamics 365 Sales lists, what it assumes, and how the move works.
See Managed Zoho CRMStill have a question?
What do the Dynamics 365 Sales plans cost?
Sales Professional is $65 per user a month, Sales Enterprise is $105, and Sales Premium is $150, all paid yearly. Microsoft's page says your actual price appears at checkout (October 2026).
What is the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional covers core sales force automation, Microsoft 365 interoperation, reporting, and dashboards. Enterprise adds contextual insights, AI, advanced customization, and Copilot features. Professional's entities are a subset of Enterprise's (October 2026).
What does Sales Premium add?
Everything in Enterprise plus 1,000 Copilot Credits, Sales Insights, AI-powered recommended actions, and AI data enrichment. The documentation also lists conversation intelligence and predictive models (October 2026).
What is Relationship Sales?
It combines Sales Enterprise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced Plus. Microsoft states a 10-seat minimum and asks you to contact a sales specialist for pricing (October 2026).
What do Copilot Credits cost?
The pricing page offers a pre-purchase plan with savings of up to 20 percent and a pay-as-you-go plan, and lists no per-credit rate. Both require an Azure subscription to run agents (October 2026).
What does Dynamics 365 Sales run on?
Microsoft Dataverse, with Power Apps model-driven app design. That is useful if you already build on Power Platform, and a lot to absorb if you do not (October 2026).
Is there a free trial?
Microsoft's documentation links a free 30-day trial, and the pricing page shows a Try for free button without a length. Azure also lists a $200 credit for new accounts (October 2026).
Can Zoho CRM work with Outlook and Teams?
It connects to Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, so messages and meetings log against records. Microsoft's Teams and Outlook apps are deeper in Dynamics, and we say that plainly. We test the connection with your own mailbox.
Can you migrate our Dynamics data?
Yes. Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities are in scope. We run a sample first, then the full import, and reconcile counts with Dynamics. Large or unusual migrations are quoted separately.
What happens to our Power Automate flows?
We list them and decide which still matter. Those that do become Zoho workflow rules or blueprints, and the rest are retired. You approve the list before we build.
What about our security roles?
Dynamics security roles are read one by one and rebuilt as Zoho roles, profiles, and sharing rules. We aim for fewer, clearer roles than most Dynamics environments carry.
How does your pricing compare with per license tiers?
Our plans are measured in hours of Zoho work: $250 a month for 5 hours on Essentials, $500 for 10 on Growth, and $1,000 for 20 on Scale. There is no setup fee, no license tier on our side, and Zoho bills the CRM license itself.
Do we need our own Zoho CRM license?
Yes. Zoho sells you the subscription directly, and we work inside it with an administrator login. If we part ways, the account and everything in it remain yours.
How quickly do you answer requests?
We respond within two business days. Work that fits your monthly hours is done that month, and anything bigger is scoped as a project and priced before it begins.
When should we stay on Dynamics 365?
When Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform are the center of your company, and an administrator or partner already looks after Dynamics. Our fee would add little there.
