Inside the Monthly Management Fee

Our plans are priced by hours of Zoho work. Essentials is $250 a month, billed monthly with no setup fee and no annual contract. The Zoho CRM license comes from Zoho on a separate bill. Here is what the hours cover.

  • Pipeline and stage design from your Freshsales lifecycle stages
  • Migration of contacts, accounts, deals, and notes
  • Custom fields, modules, and layouts per role
  • Workflow rules and alerts
  • Scoring rules and qualification
  • Territory management and sharing rules
  • Roles, profiles, and field level security
  • Audit log and compliance reporting
  • Phone, email, and calendar connections
  • Reports, dashboards, and monthly changes

Where We Do the Heavy Lifting

The headline price of Freshsales is low. What a team pays for later is the setup and the upgrade path.

Features That Sit a Tier Higher

Freshsales lists contact scoring, territory management, and sales sequences at Pro, $39 per user a month annually. Custom modules, sandbox, and audit logs are on Enterprise at $59 (October 2026). We build the equivalent in Zoho as part of the work.

Add-Ons We Help You Weigh

Freshsales sells Branded documents at $19 per user a month and a Freddy AI Agent at $49 per 100 sessions (October 2026). We help you decide which of those you would actually use, and what Zoho already includes.

A Straight Answer When Freshsales Wins

A team of three on Growth, with kanban, lifecycle stages, and email and phone, is well served at $9 per user a month. If that is you, keep it and skip our fee.

The Upkeep That Lasts

Freshsales trial accounts are suspended if you do not choose a plan after 21 days (October 2026), but a CRM also needs attention after it is bought. Someone prunes fields, retires dead stages, and watches the data.

Who Should Read This Comparison

Startups Outgrowing Growth

Basic workflows and custom fields are enough on day one. A year later, teams want scoring, territories, and sequences, and each is a tier above.

Companies Needing an Audit Trail

Freshsales lists audit logs and field-level permissions on its $59 Enterprise plan (October 2026). Zoho CRM covers both, and we set them up too.

Teams Valuing the Cheapest Start

Keep Freshsales if cost per seat is the only measure. Choose a managed plan when the hours spent maintaining the CRM cost more than the license.

Choose Freshsales if

  • You have a handful of reps and basic workflows
  • Cost per seat is your deciding measure
  • Growth covers your pipeline for now

Choose Cascadia if

  • You need scoring, territories, or audit logs
  • Nobody owns the CRM after launch
  • You want one fixed plan, not a per user ladder

How a Move from Freshsales Runs

  1. 1

    Take Stock of the Account

We list your lifecycle stages, custom fields, workflows, and sequences, and mark each one keep, rebuild, or drop. Anything unused for a year usually drops.

  2. 2

    Design the Zoho Pipeline

Stages, scoring rules, and territories are written down in your words first. You approve them before the build starts.

  3. 3

    Import a Sample, Then Everything

A sample set goes in first so owners, deal values, and dates can be checked. After approval the full import runs and counts are reconciled with Freshsales.

  4. 4

    Connect Tools and Switch

Phone and mail are connected, reps get a short walkthrough, and Freshsales stays available for a brief overlap before you close the account.

What each Freshsales plan lists, where the extras sit, and how the move works.

See Managed Zoho CRM

Still have a question?

What are Freshsales' plan prices?

Growth is $9 per user a month, Pro is $39, and Enterprise is $59, each billed annually. The page does not list monthly prices (October 2026).

Which Freshsales plan includes contact scoring?

Pro. It also adds deal insights, custom sales activities, territory management, and sales sequences. Growth lists kanban, lifecycle stages, chat, email, and phone, templates, custom fields, and basic workflows (October 2026).

Where are audit logs and sandbox?

Both are on Enterprise at $59 per user a month, along with forecasting insights, field-level permissions, and custom modules. A small regulated team therefore pays the top tier for them (October 2026).

What are the Freshsales add-ons?

Branded documents cost $19 per user a month, and the Freddy AI Agent costs $49 per 100 sessions. Both are listed as available on all three plans (October 2026).

How do the included AI sessions work?

All paid plans include 500 sessions to try chatbots, limited to once per account. Extra sessions come through the AI agent add-on and expire on your payment cycle (October 2026).

Does Freshsales have a free plan?

The page's meta description mentions one, but no free plan appears in its plan details, so we cannot confirm its limits. Its page offers a 21-day trial with full access (October 2026).

What happens when the Freshsales trial ends?

You choose a paid plan, or the account is suspended. The trial is 21 days, and the page states the plan must be chosen at that point (October 2026).

What support does Freshsales list?

The pricing page names an email address for questions about Freshsales and signup, and does not describe support tiers. Ask Freshworks what response times your plan carries (October 2026).

Can you move our Freshsales data to Zoho CRM?

Yes. Contacts, accounts, deals, notes, and custom fields are in scope. We run a sample, then the full import, and reconcile counts with Freshsales.

What happens to our Freshsales sequences?

They do not convert on their own. We read each one and rebuild it as Zoho workflow rules and follow-up tasks, so a reply stops the next step. You approve the list before we build.

Does Zoho CRM have lifecycle stages like Freshsales?

It uses stages and blueprints instead. We recreate your lifecycle stages with the same names where it makes sense, so reps are not relearning the vocabulary.

How does your pricing compare with per user tiers?

We price by hours of Zoho work. That is $250 a month for Essentials with 5 hours, $500 for Growth with 10, and $1,000 for Scale with 20. No setup fee applies, and Zoho invoices the CRM license by itself.

Do we need our own Zoho CRM license?

Yes, bought and held by your company. We sign in as administrators to do the work. Part company with us and your records, scoring rules, and permissions all stay put.

How fast do you reply?

Two business days is the longest you should wait for a reply. Requests inside your remaining hours finish that month, and bigger jobs are quoted first.

When should we stay on Freshsales?

When you have a handful of reps, the Growth plan covers your needs, and nobody asks for scoring, territories, or audit logs. At $9 per user, our fee would add little.
