What You Get Instead of Running Flock Yourself
Zoho Cliq can carry every conversation your company has, once someone builds the channels, sets the permissions, and connects it to the apps your work already lives in. That part is a job. Our managed Zoho Cliq plan handles it on a monthly plan: channels structured so people know where to post, bots that do the repetitive work, integrations that pull CRM and Desk into the chat window, and governance rules that hold up when someone leaves.
With Cascadia you get
- Someone watching who has access
- Channels people can actually find
- API work where connectors stop
- Built around how teams work
- Your account, your history
- User counts watched before billing bites

What Ships in the Standard Plan Here
Every plan covers all of this work. The plans differ in monthly hours and a few extras, never in which of these we will do.
- Roles, Profiles, and Data Access
- Audit, Retention, and Compliance
- Offboarding and Access Reviews
- Admin Console and Daily Operations
- Monthly Subscription Support
- Channel Structure & Rollout
- Org, Team & Guest Setup
- Message Search & Retention
- Migration From Slack or Teams
- Audio, Video & Screen Share Setup
Where We Go Further
Guests and contractors are reviewed against who is still working with you, which is the part that quietly turns into a security problem.
User Counts Watched Before Billing Bites
We track your usage against your current plan and flag a change before a limit blocks a hire or an integration you needed working that week. You stay ahead of the cost rather than reacting to it.
Someone Watching Who Has Access
A contractor gets added to a channel for one project, then stays for two years.
Channels People Can Actually Find
A workspace with two hundred channels is the same as a workspace with none, because nobody can find the right one.
API Work Where Connectors Stop
The awkward cases need more: a bot that reads from software Zoho has never heard of, a message action that writes back to your own database, or an alert assembled from two systems at once.
Who This Comparison Is For
Distributed Teams and Field-Based Crews
When half your people are on a phone between job sites, chat has to work on mobile or it does not work at all.
Teams Running Several Zoho Apps at Once
When CRM holds the pipeline, Desk holds the tickets, and your team chats somewhere else entirely, the context never travels.
Businesses Still Running on Email Threads
Reply-all chains work right up until they do not, and then a decision is buried in a thread nobody was copied on.
Choose Flock if
- Someone on your team already runs chat administration
- You do not need chat connected to Zoho CRM or Desk
- Users, guests, and channels are already reviewed in house
Choose Cascadia if
- Nobody watches user counts until the bill arrives
- Contractors keep access long after projects end
- You want chat wired into CRM, Desk, and Projects
How Our Managed Zoho Cliq Service Works
Whether you are starting from an empty workspace or inheriting one somebody else built, the sequence is the same. We work out how your teams communicate now, build the channel structure and the permissions, then connect the apps and automate the repetitive parts.
- 1
We Assess Your Current Setup
First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.
- 2
We Map How Your Teams Communicate
We start with a consultation about who talks to whom, what gets decided over email today, and which tools you are hoping to replace.
- 3
We Build Channels, Roles, and Connections
We create the channel structure, set roles and permissions, configure guest access for your clients and contractors, then connect Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, and whatever else your work touches.
- 4
We Automate, Roll Out, and Maintain
We build the bots and slash commands, roll Cliq out to everybody, and keep it running from there.

See Managed Zoho CliqStill have a question?
What does Cascadia do that Flock leaves to me?
We watch your user counts before billing bites. You stay ahead of the cost rather than reacting to it.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly, with no long-term commitment. Cancel any time and you keep every channel, bot, integration, and message we built, because all of it lives in your own Zoho account. We would sooner earn the renewal each month than hold an unhappy client to a term.
How do I get started?
Start with a consultation. We look at how your teams communicate now, what tools you are trying to replace, how many users you have, and what needs to connect to Cliq, then recommend the plan that fits. From there we collect access, build the channel structure, and set up permissions and integrations. Anything bigger than your monthly hours gets quoted as a project, at your plan's project discount.
What is managed Zoho One?
Managed Zoho One is an ongoing subscription where we run the whole suite for you. That covers deciding which applications you actually turn on, mapping your processes onto them, migrating your data, building the automation between apps, and holding the security model, reporting, and administration underneath the lot. Instead of handing one person fifty-odd applications and hoping, you have a team already inside your organization running it month to month.
What is included in the monthly plan?
One published monthly plan covers every Zoho One application you have live. Within that we handle configuration changes across apps, new Flow automations and Deluge functions, integration monitoring, user provisioning and offboarding, roles and permissions, data clean-ups, and your cross-app reporting. Bulk data migrations from your existing systems and large custom builds get scoped and quoted separately, so the recurring cost stays predictable.
Do I still need my own Zoho One license?
Yes. You hold your own Zoho One subscription and own the organization, the configuration, and every record inside it. We work in your environment as administrators. If you ever move to another provider, nothing sits behind our accounts and there is no data to negotiate for. We can carry the licenses on your invoice alongside the management fee if you would rather receive one bill.
Which apps should we actually turn on?
Far fewer than you have access to. Most businesses run well on six to eight applications, and the ones that stall are usually the ones that tried to deploy twenty. We map how work moves through your business first, then pick the applications that carry it and sequence them. The rest stay available and switched off until there is a reason to open one.
Is Zoho One cheaper than buying the apps individually?
Usually, once you are past about four applications, and that is the honest threshold. Below it, individual app subscriptions are frequently the better buy, particularly if only a handful of your staff need access. The calculation turns on your employee headcount rather than your user count. We will run it against your current spend and tell you if the answer comes back against Zoho One.
How long does a Zoho One implementation take?
A focused rollout of six to eight applications generally runs eight to twelve weeks, phased rather than delivered in one go. The first phase covers org structure, identity, and the core application your business runs on. Later phases add finance, support, projects, and reporting, each with its own go-live. Businesses with heavy data migration or several trading entities should expect longer, and we will say so at the start.
Can you migrate us from our current systems?
Yes. We move data out of Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Zendesk, Monday, spreadsheets, and older Zoho organizations into the matching Zoho One applications, with owners, dates, history, and attachments preserved. A test migration runs first so you can inspect exactly what lands where before your team commits. Migration runs as a scoped project because the effort depends entirely on your data volume and its current condition.
