Sendmarc alternative
A Sendmarc Alternative with the Price Written Down
Sendmarc offers a free trial for one domain and quotes its paid plans, which include a managed service (October 2026). It is closer to what we do than most platforms. The difference is scale, and a price you can see before anyone calls you.
With Cascadia you get
- Published monthly price
- Every sender found first
- One clean SPF record
- Reports read every week
- Enforcement when it is safe
- Monthly, no long contract

- Alignment problems explained in plain words

Where Cascadia Fits Better
On paper, much of the work overlaps. Where we differ is in how you buy it and who you talk to.
You See the Price First
Twenty nine dollars a month per domain, written on our site. Every paid Sendmarc plan is quoted, which suits a larger buyer more than a small one.
You Deal with the People Doing It
Our email specialists do the work and answer the questions. There is no partner or reseller between you and them.
Records Live in Your DNS
We publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC directly on your domain, so nothing is left hanging if you go.
Sized for a Handful of Domains
One price per domain means two domains cost twice one, and you never have to talk about a tier.
Who This Comparison Is For
Sendmarc Includes the Extras
BIMI, MTA-STS, forensic reports, and SSO come with its paid plans. We do not offer those.
It Scales a Long Way
Unlimited domains and users on paid plans makes Sendmarc a fit for groups and MSPs with large estates.
The Trial Is Small
One domain, up to 5,000 emails a month, and 21 days of data. Enough for a first look, not a verdict.
Choose Sendmarc if
- You need BIMI, MTA-STS, or forensic reports
- You manage a large estate or many clients
- Unlimited history matters
Choose Cascadia if
- You want a published monthly price
- You want to deal directly with the people doing it
- A handful of domains, priced one by one
Moving from Sendmarc in Four Steps
Sendmarc may already have done good work on your domain. We start by finding out what, and keep what is right.
- 1
We Read What Is Published
Your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records as they stand, and any records Sendmarc manages for you.
- 2
We Publish What We Will Look After
One SPF record inside its lookup limit and DKIM for each sender, written directly into your DNS.
- 3
Reports Start Coming to Us
DMARC keeps its policy if the reports support it, or steps back to monitoring until we have seen enough.
- 4
Enforcement and the Weekly Note
Quarantine, then reject. After that, short notes and a monthly report.

What is a Sendmarc alternative?
Platforms such as EasyDMARC, Red Sift OnDMARC, and Valimail, doing it by hand, or another managed service like ours.
How is Cascadia different from Sendmarc?
Both of us do the work for you. Sendmarc runs its own platform at scale, with a large partner program, and quotes its prices. We publish ours and work directly with you.
How much does Sendmarc cost?
Sendmarc does not publish paid prices. Every paid plan needs a quote (October 2026), so we cannot compare figures.
What does the Sendmarc free trial include?
One domain, up to 5,000 emails a month, 21 days of data, and one portal user, without the managed service (October 2026).
Do you offer BIMI, MTA-STS, or forensic reports?
No. Sendmarc includes them in paid plans, and if you need them, that weighs in its favor.
Can you work for an MSP or agency?
Yes, for agencies: we run the work under your brand and provide client-ready reporting. Sendmarc has a full multi-tenant MSP platform, which we do not.
Do you need access to our website or our mailboxes?
No. We need your DNS and about ten minutes of your time to list the services you know send as you. Nothing is installed on your website and nobody here reads your mail.
Will switching break our email?
It should not, and the order of work is what keeps it that way. SPF is cleaned up and kept inside its lookup limit first, then DKIM is set up for every sender, then DMARC goes in at monitoring. Nothing is enforced until the reports show your real mail passing.
How long do you keep history?
Ninety days, day by day. Sendmarc's paid plans list unlimited history, which is more than we offer.
When does the monthly report arrive?
On the first Tuesday on or after the 3rd of each month, at 11 AM Pacific, covering the month just ended.
What if I want to leave?
It is monthly, so you stop at the end of a month. The records stay published in your DNS, because they were always on your domain and never on ours. We will tell you what is published and why, so whoever picks it up next, Sendmarc included, starts from a clean record rather than a guess.
Ready for a price you can see?
Twenty nine dollars a month per domain. If you also want your application mail sent and its delivery watched, Email Pro bundles Transactional Email, Email Authentication, and Deliverability Monitoring for $79 a month per domain.
