EasyDMARC alternative

An EasyDMARC Alternative Where Someone Else Clicks the Policy Button

EasyDMARC Plus costs $44.99 a month, or $35.99 billed annually, for two domains (October 2026). It hosts your DMARC record behind one CNAME and lets you change the policy with a button. The button is the easy part. Knowing when it is safe to press it is the job we take on.

With Cascadia you get

  • Every sender found first
  • Nobody on your side logs in
  • Enforcement timed by reports
  • SPF kept under its limit
  • A weekly read in plain words
  • Records stay in your DNS

What Ships in the Standard Plan Here

With EasyDMARC you get a well designed platform with hosted DMARC, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS, plus SPF flattening. Every decision about what to authorize and when to tighten the policy is still made by whoever logs in.

  • Every service that sends as you, found before anything is published
  • One SPF record, kept inside its lookup limit
  • DKIM signing set up for each sender, keys published by us
  • DMARC moved to quarantine, then reject, once your real mail passes
  • Reports gathered, parsed, and read for you every week
  • Every published record and DKIM selector checked daily
  • Unauthorized senders using your domain, surfaced to you
  • Alignment problems explained in plain words
  • 90 days of history, day by day
  • A monthly report written for people, not for a dashboard

Where Cascadia Goes Further

The records are the visible part. The work sits in the list of senders behind them, the weekly reading of reports, and the judgment call about when quarantine stops being a risk.

The Policy Moves When the Reports Say So

EasyDMARC lets you switch from none to quarantine with a click, which is useful and slightly dangerous. We only move it once the reports show your invoicing system, your CRM, and your web forms passing.

The Sender List Is Built by a Person

A dashboard shows you sources by IP and name. We go further and ask which of them is the help desk you bought in 2021 and which is somebody spoofing you, then sign or exclude each one.

You Get Sentences, Not Charts

Each week we write down what passed, what failed, and what changed. If nothing happened, we say that too, in two lines.

Nothing Is Hosted Somewhere Else

We publish the records directly in your DNS. If you leave, they keep working, because they were never pointed at us.

Who This Comparison Is For

Good Software Still Needs an Operator

EasyDMARC's tools are some of the friendliest in this market. They still assume someone on your team reads the dashboard and acts on it.

Two Domains Go a Long Way There

Per domain, EasyDMARC Plus works out cheaper than we do. If you have someone who enjoys this, that is real money saved.

BIMI and MTA-STS Are Theirs

If a logo in the inbox or MTA-STS is on your list this quarter, EasyDMARC covers both in its standard plan and we do not offer them.

Choose EasyDMARC if

  • Someone on your team will run the dashboard
  • You want BIMI or MTA-STS managed in one place
  • You hold several domains and want the lowest cost per domain

Choose Cascadia if

  • Nobody has time to read reports every week
  • You want enforcement timed by evidence, not a click
  • You would rather the records live in your own DNS

Moving from EasyDMARC in Four Steps

Most of it is DNS and most of it is ours. The slow part is waiting for enough reports to come back before anything tightens.

  1. 1

We Read What Is Published Today

Your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, any CNAMEs pointing at EasyDMARC, and the senders your reports already show. That gives us a starting list.

  2. 2

    We Publish the Records Directly

Hosted CNAMEs are replaced with records in your own DNS: one SPF record inside its lookup limit and DKIM for each sender you actually use.

  3. 3

    DMARC Restarts at Monitoring

Even if EasyDMARC had you at quarantine, we hold at monitoring until our own reports confirm every legitimate sender passes. It costs a few weeks and avoids a bounced invoice.

  4. 4

    Enforcement Follows the Evidence

Quarantine first, reject after. You hear from us at each step, and the weekly note says why.

Still have a question?

What is an EasyDMARC alternative?

Anything else that gets SPF, DKIM, and DMARC published and enforced on your domain. That includes other platforms such as dmarcian, Red Sift OnDMARC, and Valimail, doing it yourself by hand, and managed services like this one where a person does the reading and the deciding.

How is Cascadia different from EasyDMARC?

EasyDMARC gives you a platform and makes each change easy. We do the changes. You do not log into anything, and the call about when to move to quarantine is ours to make and ours to explain.

Is EasyDMARC cheaper?

Per domain, usually yes. Plus is $35.99 a month on annual billing for two domains (October 2026), which is about eighteen dollars a domain. Ours is $29 a month per domain. The difference pays for somebody reading the reports and acting on them.

Does EasyDMARC already do managed DMARC?

It hosts your DMARC record behind a CNAME and lets you change the policy from its dashboard, which it calls Managed DMARC. That removes DNS edits. It does not remove the decision, which still sits with you.

What about SPF flattening?

EasyDMARC includes EasySPF for that. We keep your SPF record inside its lookup limit and flatten it when it grows too long, published directly in your DNS rather than hosted elsewhere.

Do you offer BIMI or MTA-STS?

No. EasyDMARC includes managed BIMI and managed MTA-STS, and if either matters to you this year, that is a fair reason to stay with them.

How much history do you keep?

Ninety days, day by day. EasyDMARC Plus keeps three months and Premium keeps a year (October 2026), so on long history Premium is ahead of us.

Do you need access to our website or our mailboxes?

No. We need your DNS and about ten minutes of your time to list the services you know send as you. Nothing is installed on your website and nobody here reads your mail.

Will switching break our email?

It should not, and the order of work is what keeps it that way. SPF is cleaned up and kept inside its lookup limit first, then DKIM is set up for every sender, then DMARC goes in at monitoring. Nothing is enforced until the reports show your real mail passing.

Can you start from the reports EasyDMARC already has?

We read what you can export or show us, and it shortens the discovery step. Our own reports still need a couple of weeks before we move the policy, because we want to see the evidence ourselves.

What if I want to leave?

It is monthly, so you stop at the end of a month. The records stay published in your DNS, because they were always on your domain and never on ours. We will tell you what is published and why, so whoever picks it up next, EasyDMARC included, starts from a clean record rather than a guess.

Ready to hand the reports over?

Twenty nine dollars a month per domain. If you also want your application mail sent and its delivery watched, Email Pro bundles Transactional Email, Email Authentication, and Deliverability Monitoring for $79 a month per domain.
