DMARCLY alternative
A DMARCLY Alternative for When the Dashboard Goes Unopened
DMARCLY Professional is $17.99 a month for two domains (October 2026), and its own setup guide is three steps: publish at none, analyze, monitor. Step two is where most domains stall. That step is the one we do.
With Cascadia you get
- The analysis done for you
- Every sender found first
- SPF kept under its limit
- Enforcement when it is safe
- A weekly read in plain words
- Records stay in your DNS

What Ships in the Standard Plan Here
DMARCLY gives you aggregate and forensic report processing, BIMI and MTA-STS support, and Safe SPF from the Growth plan up. The reading and the policy changes stay with you.
- Every service that sends as you, found before anything is published
- One SPF record, kept inside its lookup limit
- DKIM signing set up for each sender, keys published by us
- DMARC moved to quarantine, then reject, once your real mail passes
- Reports gathered, parsed, and read for you every week
- Every published record and DKIM selector checked daily
- Unauthorized senders using your domain, surfaced to you
- Alignment problems explained in plain words
- 90 days of history, day by day
- A monthly report written for people, not for a dashboard
Where Cascadia Goes Further
Cheap tooling is a good thing. It still needs someone to look at it every week for a couple of months, and then now and again for good.
We Do the Analyze Step
Every week we read what came back, match it to your known senders, and write down what needs doing.
SPF Handled on Every Domain
Safe SPF is not on DMARCLY Professional and is capped by domain count above it. We keep SPF inside its lookup limit on every domain we look after.
Enforcement Actually Happens
Plenty of domains sit at none for years after setup. We move to quarantine and reject once your real mail passes.
No Overage Surprises
DMARCLY charges overages above each plan's message quota. Our price is per domain, and the service sets no monthly message quota.
Who This Comparison Is For
DMARCLY Is Very Good Value
At $17.99 a month for two domains with forensic reports included, it costs less than we do for one.
Live Chat Starts at Growth
Professional has email support. Growth, at $39.99 a month for eight domains, adds live chat and one Safe SPF domain.
A 14-Day Trial, No Card
That is long enough to see your senders. It is usually not long enough to reach enforcement safely.
Choose DMARCLY if
- Someone will read the charts and act on them
- You want forensic reports, BIMI, and MTA-STS
- Lowest monthly cost matters most
Choose Cascadia if
- The dashboard would go unopened
- Your SPF record is already near its limit
- You want DMARC enforced, not just published
Moving from DMARCLY in Four Steps
If you use Safe SPF, that record moves with care, because a broken SPF record bounces mail the same day.
- 1
We Read the Current Records
Your published SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, any Safe SPF include, and the sources DMARCLY has seen.
- 2
We Publish SPF and DKIM Directly
One SPF record inside its lookup limit, written into your DNS before anything hosted is removed, and DKIM for each sender.
- 3
Reports Move to Us
Your DMARC record sends reports to us. The policy stays at monitoring until we have seen your real mail pass.
- 4
Then Quarantine, Then Reject
Each step comes with a note saying what the reports showed.

What is a DMARCLY alternative?
Other platforms such as dmarcian, EasyDMARC, and Postmark's DMARC digests, doing it by hand, or a managed service like this one.
How is Cascadia different from DMARCLY?
DMARCLY processes your reports and shows you charts. We read them, fix the senders, and move the policy. You get a written note rather than a dashboard.
Is DMARCLY cheaper?
Yes. Professional is $17.99 a month for two domains, against our $29 a month per domain (October 2026). You pay us for the work, not the charts.
What is Safe SPF?
DMARCLY's answer to the ten lookup limit in SPF. It comes with Growth and above, for a set number of domains per plan. We keep SPF inside the limit on every domain we look after.
Does DMARCLY have forensic reports and BIMI?
Yes, from Professional up, along with MTA-STS and TLS reporting. We do not offer those.
How long is history kept?
Ninety days with us. DMARCLY keeps two months on Professional, rising to a year on Enterprise (October 2026).
Do you need access to our website or our mailboxes?
No. We need your DNS and about ten minutes of your time to list the services you know send as you. Nothing is installed on your website and nobody here reads your mail.
Will switching break our email?
It should not, and the order of work is what keeps it that way. SPF is cleaned up and kept inside its lookup limit first, then DKIM is set up for every sender, then DMARC goes in at monitoring. Nothing is enforced until the reports show your real mail passing.
Are there volume limits with you?
Our price is per domain. DMARCLY sets monthly message quotas per plan and charges overages above them.
When does the monthly report arrive?
On the first Tuesday on or after the 3rd of each month, at 11 AM Pacific, with a link to the full report that stays open for 90 days.
What if I want to leave?
It is monthly, so you stop at the end of a month. The records stay published in your DNS, because they were always on your domain and never on ours. We will tell you what is published and why, so whoever picks it up next, DMARCLY included, starts from a clean record rather than a guess.
Ready to skip step two?
Twenty nine dollars a month per domain. If you also want your application mail sent and its delivery watched, Email Pro bundles Transactional Email, Email Authentication, and Deliverability Monitoring for $79 a month per domain.
