Our white label partner program lets your agency sell hosting, maintenance, security, performance, development, Zoho, Frappe, email, and marketing work under your own name. You own the client relationship and you set the retail price. We deliver quietly in the background and never appear in front of your client. Applications are reviewed rather than accepted automatically, which keeps the roster small enough that every partner gets real attention.

Your brand, our delivery
Most white label arrangements are really just a discount with a logo swapped in. Ours is built around the two things agencies actually worry about: whether the provider will turn up in front of their client, and whether they will still own that client a year from now. We answer both in writing rather than in a sales call. Almost everything else about the program, including how we price it and who we let in, follows from those two commitments.
Your client never sees us. Reports, audits, and scoped documents carry your logo and your agency name. We do not email them, call them, or appear on a shared screen unless you invite us in under your own brand. The delivery is ours and the relationship stays yours.
A person reads every application. We are checking that you run a real agency with real clients, because white label support costs us more per account than direct work does. Keeping the roster small is what lets the partners we do accept get answers quickly.
Your discount covers hosting, maintenance, security, performance, development, Zoho, Frappe, email, marketing, and operations work. You are not stitching together four vendors with four invoices and four support queues. One agreement covers the whole catalog and everything rolls into a single monthly bill.
Migrating an established client book takes time, so the monthly minimum does not apply until month thirteen. You get a full year from approval to move accounts at whatever pace your renewals allow. We handle those migrations ourselves at no separate charge.
The agreement includes a non-solicit that runs twelve months past the end of our partnership. Your clients stay yours whether the relationship continues or not. The one stated exception is an unpaid partner account, where we may notify affected clients to prevent an unexpected loss of service.
You buy at your partner rate and charge your client whatever you decide. We never see your retail price and we do not cap your markup. That is the difference between a white label program and a referral arrangement, where somebody else sets the number and pays you a slice of it.
Why agencies choose a white label partner
Most agencies solve capacity by hiring, by subcontracting to freelancers, or by partnering. Hiring is slow and the payroll outlives the work. Freelancers answer to nobody and have a habit of going quiet mid-project. Here is how a white label partnership compares across the things that decide whether an arrangement survives a bad month.

Hiring a developer means salary, benefits, and payroll that outlives the contract which justified it. A partner arrangement scales with your book instead. You add capacity the month you win a client and you stop paying for it the month you lose them.
One in-house developer is a single point of failure. They take holidays, they get sick, and eventually they resign. A team covering your accounts does not have those gaps, and no client of yours has to hear that the person who knows their site is away.
Subcontracting to several freelancers means chasing several invoices, several rates, and several people who bill differently. Every partner account rolls into one monthly bill from us. Your bookkeeping becomes a single line rather than a reconciliation exercise.
A freelancer might email your client directly, sign off with their own name, or send across a report with their logo on it. We produce nothing your client sees with our name attached, and we have no route to contact them even if we wanted one.
Subcontractors sometimes decide your client would be better off as their client. Our non-solicit removes that risk in writing and keeps running for twelve months after the partnership ends. You are not training a future competitor on your own account list.
When a client site breaks, you need someone who answers. Managed-tier partners get a named account manager and an escalation path that reaches an engineer rather than a form. Partner-tier accounts route through the standard queue with full context attached.
Built for agencies ready to grow
This program earns its keep when you have clients who need ongoing technical work and no sensible way to staff it. If you are turning down retainers, marking up a freelancer and hoping for the best, or paying a developer who sits idle between projects, a partner arrangement usually removes that problem for good.

How the partnership works
The rhythm is deliberately boring. You apply, we review, and if it fits you start moving clients across whenever you are ready. After that you talk to your clients and we talk to you. None of that changes as you grow, apart from how much attention your account gets.
1
You tell us about your agency, the clients you serve, and which services you want to offer under your own name. A person reads it rather than an automated form. If it looks like a fit we set up a call, walk through how the arrangement works in practice, and answer the awkward questions about client ownership before either side commits to anything.
2
Once you are approved, you start bringing accounts across whenever their renewals allow it. We handle the migrations at no separate charge, which is usually the part that stops agencies from switching providers at all. No minimum applies in your first year, so nothing pushes you to move faster than your client conversations actually allow.
3
From there the pattern repeats every month. Your client pays you at whatever rate you set. You pay us at your partner rate on one consolidated invoice. Work arrives through you, escalations come back through you, and unbranded reports land in your inbox ready to forward. None of that changes as you grow, apart from how much attention your account gets.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am to [Cascadia] for helping me resolve my tech problems. I was in a real bind, and [they] calmly and cooly fixed the problem--something two other tech support folks could not do. [They are] gonna be my go-to from now on.
