Reseller Partner Program for Agencies Consultants Freelancers

Agencies, IT consultancies and freelancers use this program to sell every service we run under their own name. Approved partners buy at 20% or 30% below list price, bill their clients at whatever rate they set, and keep the difference. The relationship stays yours. So does the invoice. We deliver quietly in the background across WordPress, hosting, Zoho, Frappe, email and marketing. Every application is read by a person.

Built for partners who resell

What makes our reseller partner program different

Plenty of providers will sell you a wholesale rate. Fewer will tell you what happens to your clients when the relationship ends, or who picks up the phone when a site goes down at four on a Friday. The terms below are the ones agencies get burned by most often, so we put them in writing instead of leaving them to a conversation later.

Why agencies choose to resell our services

Reselling through Cascadia vs referring the work away

You can refer a client out and collect a finder's fee, or you can resell and keep a real margin. The difference shows up in who owns the relationship, who sets the price, and who the client calls first when something breaks. Here is how reselling compares to handing the work to someone else.

You own the client relationship

Reselling keeps the client yours: your contract, your invoice, your renewal conversation. Hand the work to someone else and the relationship goes with it, and so does every upsell and renewal after that.

You set the retail price

Whatever you charge above your wholesale rate is your margin. A referral fee is fixed by whoever set it. It does not grow when the package gets bigger or the client adds a service two years later.

One bill instead of many

Every account consolidates onto one monthly invoice with a line per site. Point clients at a vendor directly and each one gets billed separately, which is how agencies lose track of what their book is actually worth.

Margin grows as you scale

Cross twenty-five active accounts and the rate moves from 20% to 30% across every service, without anyone having to ask. Most referral arrangements pay the same at one client as they do at fifty.

Your brand stays in front

Reports go out unbranded, or in your own logo at Tier 2, so the provider your client sees is still you. Refer the work away and they start building a relationship with somebody else.

Escalation you can rely on

You get a named contact who knows your portfolio, and Tier 2 accounts are routed ahead of the queue. Send a client direct and they join the general line, and you hear about the problem after they do.

Built for the people who sell it

Who our reseller partner program fits best

Reselling works best when you already have clients who trust you and a service gap you keep filling with subcontractors or workarounds. If you are turning down work because you cannot deliver it, or coordinating three vendors to keep one client running, a wholesale arrangement usually removes that friction for good.

How the partnership runs

How the reseller partner program works

Getting approved takes a short conversation, not a procurement cycle. After that the rhythm is steady: you sell, we deliver, and one invoice arrives each month covering everything on your account. Here is what the first few weeks look like, and what the arrangement settles into once you are running.

1

You apply and we talk it through

Send the application and we respond within two business days. A short call follows, covering what you sell and who you sell it to. We are working out whether we can support your book properly, not screening for company size. Approved partners come away with a tier, a named contact and wholesale pricing across the whole catalog.

2

You bring accounts over at your pace

Add a single client or move an entire portfolio across. Sites arriving from another provider are handled by our team, who migrate each one, test it, and confirm it works before it ever appears on your invoice. Nothing is billed while it is still in transit. New accounts join the agreement you already have, at your current rate, with no fresh contract to sign.

3

You sell and bill, we deliver quietly

Your clients pay you at whatever rate you set. Once a month we send one consolidated invoice covering every account, and the delivery work happens in the background where your clients do not see us. Anything that needs our team comes through your named contact. Cross twenty-five active accounts and your rate moves to 30% on the next invoice by itself.

Someone reads every application, and a short call follows. We would rather run a smaller program we can actually support than approve everyone who applies.

Answers to common reseller partner program questions

Frequently asked questions
What is the Cascadia reseller partner program?
It is a wholesale arrangement. Agencies, IT consultancies and freelancers buy our managed services at a discount, bill their own clients at whatever rate they choose, and keep the difference, all under their own name. Delivery happens in the background on our side. Applications get reviewed individually rather than approved automatically.
What discount do resellers get?
Tier 1 buys at 20% below public list price and Tier 2 buys at 30% below. That covers the whole catalog: WordPress maintenance, security, performance, hosting and development, plus email, marketing, and operations work. One rate, everything on the account, no separate price sheet per service line.
How do I qualify for the 30% tier?
Tier 1 opens at five active client accounts. Tier 2 opens at twenty-five, and crossing that line updates your rate on the next invoice by itself, with nothing to renegotiate and no new agreement to sign. You do not apply for it separately. Tier 2 also brings priority support routing, partner branded reporting, and a quarterly review of your portfolio.
Can I resell services other than WordPress?
Yes, everything Cascadia offers is in the program. That includes Zoho and Frappe implementation, email infrastructure, marketing services and operations support, all at the same tier discount. Plenty of partners start with WordPress maintenance and hosting and add the other lines later, usually because a client asked first.
Who bills my clients?
You do. They are your customers, they pay you, and they never see an invoice from us. What you get is one consolidated monthly invoice covering every account you manage, a separate line for each site. Worth being clear about one thing: you owe that invoice whether or not your own clients have paid you yet.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, with one condition. Charge your clients whatever you like and keep the whole spread between your wholesale rate and your retail price. The condition is that your published price cannot sit below our public list price. Otherwise partners would end up undercutting the rate we sell at directly.
Is there a fee to join the reseller program?
No. No application fee, no signup cost, no monthly platform charge. Your margin comes entirely out of the wholesale discount. We filter partners through an approval conversation instead of a fee, because a fee only tells you who has budget, not whether the partnership will work.
How is this different from your affiliate program?
An affiliate refers work and hands it off. We sell, bill and support that client, and the affiliate earns a commission on it. A reseller keeps the relationship: you sell, you set the price, you bill, and the margin is yours. It pays better and it asks more of you, which is the honest trade.
How is this different from your white-label program?
White-label takes Cascadia out of view completely, with your branding on every report and every touchpoint. Reselling leaves us disclosed, so your clients can know who is doing the delivery work. It is the lighter of the two commitments. A fair number of partners start here and move across to white-label once their volume and their processes justify it.
What if my account count drops below twenty-five?
Your Tier 2 rate holds for another sixty days. Client counts move around, and one lost account in a slow month should not cost you your pricing. If you are still under twenty-five when the grace period ends, the rate goes back to Tier 1. Cross the threshold again and it moves straight back up.
Do my clients ever become your clients?
No. We do not contact the clients you bring, we do not solicit them, and we do not market to them. If the partnership ends, an account only comes to us because your client asked for that. The decision is theirs and yours, never ours, and the partner agreement says so in both directions.
Who supports my clients day to day?
You do, first. Your clients come to you, you handle the relationship, and you escalate to us when something needs our team. Tier 1 partners have a named contact who already knows the portfolio. Tier 2 partners get priority routing on top of that, so anything tied to your accounts jumps the standard queue on the day a site is down.
Can you help me migrate existing clients?
Yes. Bringing a book of business over from another provider is work our team does. Each site gets migrated, tested, and confirmed working before it shows up on your invoice, so nothing is billed to you while it is still in transit. We schedule around your client commitments rather than ours.
How long does approval take?
Most applications get a response inside two business days. Every submission is read, and a short call follows so we understand what you sell and who you sell it to. Approval is not automatic. We would rather take on partners we can support properly than accept everyone who applies.
What happens to my clients if I leave the program?
Give notice and we work out a transition that suits your clients. They can go with you to another provider, stay with you if you take delivery in house, or ask to come directly to us. That last one is theirs to raise. We will not put it in front of them.
