The information provided by Cascadia Web Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in the State of Oregon ("Cascadia," "we," "us," or "our"), on cascadiawebservices.com and through our services, products, documentation, blog, comparison pages, and communications, is for general informational purposes only.
All information is provided in good faith. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information. Under no circumstances will we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.
This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Usage Policy.
Nothing on our website or provided through our services constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, insurance, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing creates a professional-client relationship of any kind.
We are not attorneys, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, or licensed financial professionals. Where we configure, customize, or administer business systems that hold accounting, payroll, tax, human resources, or regulatory data, we do so as a technical service provider. You remain solely responsible for verifying that any configuration, automation, calculation, workflow, permission model, or report is accurate and appropriate before relying on it for accounting, tax, payroll, regulatory, contractual, or other business-critical purposes.
Where our services touch on privacy, data protection, messaging, or advertising compliance, our role is to implement technical measures. We do not provide compliance advice, and you should consult qualified counsel regarding your own legal obligations.
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision based on information we provide.
Descriptions of our practices, capabilities, standards, monitoring, patching cadence, backup routines, security controls, response posture, and results that appear on our website, in comparison pages, in blog posts, in proposals, in case studies, or in sales conversations are general descriptions of how we ordinarily work.
They are not representations, warranties, guarantees, or contractual commitments, are not incorporated into any agreement between us, and do not create any obligation or standard of performance. Our obligations are limited to what is expressly set out in our Terms and Conditions, in your Statement of Work, and in any separately executed Service Level Agreement or Data Processing Agreement.
Our website displays testimonials, reviews, and client feedback. These reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them and describe circumstances specific to those clients.
Individual results vary and depend on factors including your market, competition, budget, existing systems, timeline, and level of engagement. Testimonials are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction that you will achieve the same or similar results, and they are not representative of all clients.
Testimonials are displayed as received, subject only to minor edits for length, spelling, or clarity that do not alter their substance. We do not pay for, incentivize, or provide consideration in exchange for reviews or testimonials.
Statistics, case studies, and performance figures shown on our website describe past results in particular circumstances and are not a prediction of future performance.
Search engines, AI answer engines, social platforms, business directories, and review platforms are operated by third parties whose algorithms, ranking factors, indexing behavior, and policies change frequently and without notice.
We do not guarantee rankings, positions, impressions, traffic, indexing, inclusion or citation in AI-generated answers, leads, conversions, revenue, return on investment, or any other marketing outcome. No such guarantee is made by any employee, contractor, or partner of Cascadia, and any statement suggesting otherwise is unauthorized.
Generative engine optimization is an emerging discipline. The behavior of AI answer engines is opaque, changes rapidly, and is not subject to published ranking documentation. Any approach we recommend reflects current understanding of observed behavior, not a documented or guaranteed mechanism.
Results depend substantially on factors outside our control, including your market and competition, your pricing and offer, the quality and authority of your website, your budget, the timeliness of your approvals, and your implementation of our recommendations.
Reputation services. We cannot guarantee the removal, suppression, or modification of any review, article, listing, or search result. Removal decisions rest solely with the platform or publisher. We do not create, purchase, incentivize, solicit in exchange for consideration, or otherwise manipulate reviews, ratings, or testimonials, and we will decline any request to do so.
Content. Content we produce may be developed with the assistance of AI tools. You are the publisher of record for anything published under your brand and are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, originality, and suitability before publication.
Email delivery and inbox placement are determined by receiving mail servers, filtering systems, blocklist operators, and recipient behavior. None of these are under our control.
We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, will reach the inbox rather than a spam or promotions folder, or will achieve any particular open, click, reply, or conversion rate. We configure authentication and sending infrastructure to industry standards, monitor reputation signals, and act on problems we identify, but outcomes cannot be promised.
Deliverability depends heavily on factors that are your responsibility, including the provenance and consent status of your recipient lists, list hygiene, message content, sending volume and cadence, recipient engagement, and the history of your sending domains.
Warmup and deliverability services. Where we provide domain warmup, authentication, and reputation monitoring for sending accounts you own, you remain the sender of record for all campaigns. Any list verification we perform is technical screening for syntax, deliverability, and bounce risk only. It is not a review of consent, list provenance, or the lawfulness of contacting any recipient, and you must not rely on it as such.
Your sending mailboxes and accounts are governed by the terms of the provider that hosts them, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Those providers may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for sending practices they consider abusive. We are not responsible for any such action, or for its consequences.
We do not guarantee that any domain or IP address will avoid a blocklist, or that any delisting request will succeed.
Message delivery, throughput, and filtering are controlled by mobile carriers and messaging registries. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, that any brand or campaign registration will be approved, or that any particular throughput will be available.
Registration under 10DLC or any equivalent regime is the responsibility of the party sending the messages. We do not register campaigns on our clients' behalf and make no representation to any carrier or registry regarding any client's consent practices, use case, or message content.
Carriers may filter, block, or impose violation fees on traffic they consider non-compliant. Those consequences and costs rest with the sender.
Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic. They can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated while appearing confident and plausible.
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any AI-generated output. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to third parties, or using it in any decision carrying legal, financial, safety, employment, or similar consequences. AI systems should not be used for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human oversight and any safeguards required by law.
Autonomous actions. Where an AI system is authorized to take actions within your systems, including creating, modifying, or deleting records, publishing content, sending communications, or executing transactions, unintended actions are possible. You are responsible for the scope of authority you grant, the permission model you configure, the review of audit logs, and the maintenance of tested backups.
Usage costs. Automations, agents, retries, and loops can consume tokens, API calls, and platform credits rapidly and unpredictably. Where model access is billed to your own accounts, you are responsible for all charges incurred, including those resulting from misconfiguration or runaway processes. You should configure your own spending limits and alerts.
Model providers deprecate, replace, and alter the behavior of their models without notice. Output quality may change at any time, and continued performance of any automation cannot be guaranteed.
No system is perfectly secure. Notwithstanding any security practices we describe, we do not warrant that any website, server, mailbox, application, or account will be free from unauthorized access, malware, vulnerability, defacement, data breach, or compromise.
Backups are a recovery aid, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that any particular backup will be complete, uncorrupted, current, or successfully restorable. Backup retention periods are limited and are stated in your Statement of Work. You should maintain independent backups of any data you cannot afford to lose, regardless of any backup service we provide.
Many security outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including credentials held by your staff and other vendors, access you grant to third parties, code or plugins installed by others, and any decision to defer a security update or configuration change we recommend.
Unless a Service Level Agreement has been separately executed, we make no uptime, availability, response time, or performance commitment, and services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
Any uptime figure, response time, or performance result mentioned on our website, in marketing materials, or in a testimonial is descriptive of past experience and is not a commitment. Where a Service Level Agreement applies, the credits or remedies it specifies are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the stated levels.
Interruptions may arise from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party platform failures, network and DNS propagation, attacks, changes made by you or another vendor, and events outside our reasonable control.
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and dispute processes are governed by registrars, registries, and ICANN policy. We do not guarantee that any domain will renew successfully or that any domain will remain available to you.
Expiration can result from declined payments, registrar or registry error, invalid contact information, policy enforcement, or non-payment of amounts due to us. While we monitor renewals for domains we administer, we are not liable for expiration, redemption or restoration fees, loss of a domain, or any consequence of expiration.
DNS changes can cause propagation delays and temporary interruption of websites and mail. We are not liable for downtime or delivery failure arising from DNS changes, including changes made by you or another vendor.
Our services depend on platforms we do not own or control, including hosting infrastructure, business application vendors, email and messaging providers, domain registrars, payment processors, and AI model providers.
We are not responsible for outages, defects, degradation, discontinuation, pricing or policy changes, account suspensions, or data incidents occurring within any third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and content. Such links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, verification, or recommendation. We do not monitor and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, or availability of third-party content. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our website, including those of WordPress, Zoho, Frappe, ERPNext, Cloudflare, Twilio, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft, are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Our website publishes comparisons between our services and other tools, platforms, and providers. These reflect our good-faith understanding at the time of writing and are inherently a point of view.
Third-party features, pricing, and capabilities change frequently, and comparison content may become outdated. We do not warrant that any comparison is current, complete, or free from error, and you should verify any material claim directly with the provider concerned before relying on it.
Comparison content is our opinion, offered for evaluation purposes, and is not a statement of fact about any competitor.
Pricing, packages, features, and availability shown on our website are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. Binding pricing is stated only in a Statement of Work.
Our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to decline or cancel any order placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted.
Free tiers, trials, and free products are provided as-is, without service level or support commitment, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Your use of our website and services and your reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from such use or reliance.
The disclaimers in this document are in addition to, and do not limit, the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms and Conditions, which govern the commercial relationship between us.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The current version is always posted at cascadiawebservices.com/legal/disclaimer with the date of last update shown at the top of the page. Changes take effect on posting.
