Managed Zoho Thrive Services for Loyalty Programs Referral Rewards Affiliate Payouts

Managed Zoho Thrive puts a loyalty and affiliate program behind your storefront and keeps it running. We design the reward economics, configure points, tiers, referrals, and commissions, connect your store and your CRM, run the affiliate payout cycle each month, and report on what the program actually returns. It all sits inside the Zoho account your company owns, and your team is trained to run it.

Rewards that keep earning

What makes our managed Zoho Thrive service different

A loyalty programme is a discount committed to in advance, so the arithmetic has to work before it launches rather than after. Too generous and you are paying your best customers for behaviour they were going to repeat anyway. Too thin and nobody changes anything, and you have bought a widget.

So the rates come off your own margin and repeat rate rather than a benchmark, and they get revisited once there is real data instead of left as launched. Tiers are placed where an ordinary customer can actually reach them, since a tier nobody attains is a reason to stop trying. Referral rewards are large enough to be worth mentioning to a friend, which is a higher bar than most programmes clear. And partner payouts are reconciled monthly rather than trusted to calculate themselves.

Why stores stop doing this alone

Managed Zoho Thrive vs running it yourself

Anybody can install the widget and start handing out points. Keeping the earn rate honest, the tiers reachable, the affiliates paid on time, and the whole thing still profitable a year later is the part that usually never gets finished. Here is how the two approaches compare.

Getting the program designed at all

Half built programs are everywhere, because the person launching it also runs marketing. We run setup to an agreed scope and a launch date, come back to you for decisions on rewards and thresholds, and hand over a program your customers can join rather than a widget nobody has found.

The settings nobody revisits

Thrive gives you earn rates, tier thresholds, expiry rules, redemption caps, and commission structures. Left alone it gives you whatever you picked in week one. We configure each one to your economics, then revisit them against real order data rather than letting the program quietly stop matching your margins.

Where an affiliate payout comes from

Commission worked out in a spreadsheet is commission somebody eventually gets wrong. We run the payout cycle each month, reconcile it against your orders, and check the attribution before any money moves, which means partners get paid correctly and nobody argues about a number afterwards.

A member list that stops going quiet

People join, earn a few points, and never come back, because the follow up is nobody's actual job. We build the segments and automated journeys that bring lapsed members back and nudge customers sitting just below a tier. There is no hourly rate to think about first.

When you outgrow the tool

Some stores eventually need something Thrive cannot do. Because we run Zoho Campaigns and other marketing tooling as well, we will say so rather than forcing a workaround, and we will move you across if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans.

What it costs next month

Hourly help makes every small reward change feel expensive, so people stop asking and the program slowly stops matching the business. A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the program earning rather than to bill hours against it.

Built for brands with repeat buyers

Who our managed Zoho Thrive service fits best

A managed program pays off once retention matters more than anyone has time to administer it. If your points liability has never been counted, your affiliates have to chase you for payouts, or your loyalty widget has not changed since launch day, this is usually the fix.

How we work with you

How our managed Zoho Thrive service works

Whether you are starting with no program at all or inheriting a loyalty app nobody has touched in a year, the sequence is the same. We get the reward economics right first, then the integrations, then the reporting. Most brands launch within three to four weeks.

1

We design and build your program

We start with what you have, whether that is an existing loyalty app, a referral spreadsheet, or nothing at all. We agree the goals, model the earn rates and reward values against your margin, then configure the points rules, the reward catalog, and the tier thresholds. Your store gets connected, and the widget is styled to your brand and tested on your live theme.

2

We connect referrals, affiliates, and Zoho

Next come the pieces that make the program earn its keep, meaning the two sided referral reward, affiliate signup and the partner portal, commission structures and attribution rules, the fraud safeguards, and the sync into Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, and Zoho Analytics. We test each one with your team before you rely on it.

3

We keep it earning as you grow

From there you get the ongoing work, meaning campaign and reward changes, seasonal promotions, tier adjustments, affiliate onboarding and the monthly payout run, fraud checks, and a written review of enrollment, redemption, points liability, and attributed revenue. You send priorities and we build them into the following month.

Everything we manage

Complete managed Zoho Thrive coverage

Cascadia Web Services logo

Program Design & Goal Setting

Before anything gets configured we work out what the program is for, whether that is repeat purchase rate, average order value, or new customer acquisition through partners. The reward economics get modeled against your margins so the program drives the behavior you want without quietly costing more than it returns.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Brand & Store Connection

We connect Zoho Thrive to where you actually sell, whether that is Shopify, Wix, Zoho Commerce, or a custom site, and set up your brands correctly if you run more than one. Order and customer data flows in cleanly so points and commissions calculate against real transactions.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Widget Styling & Placement

The loyalty widget is the part your customers see, so it should not look bolted on. We match the theme, fonts, colors, and copy to your brand, place it where customers will find it, and test it across mobile and desktop so joining takes two taps rather than a hunt through the footer.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Reward Catalog & Redemption Rules

We build the reward catalog, covering store wide discounts, product specific offers, coupons, and gifts, then set the redemption rules around them. Minimum balances, expiry, stacking limits, and per customer caps get configured so redemptions stay predictable and your finance team is not surprised.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Points Program Configuration

Points get assigned to the actions worth rewarding, meaning purchases, signups, birthdays, spend milestones, reviews, and social follows. We set the earn rates against your margin, decide which tasks are honor based bonuses, and keep the rules simple enough that customers can explain the program back to you.
Cascadia Web Services logo

VIP Tiers & Progressive Perks

Tiers only work when the thresholds sit where your customer data says they should. We analyze spend distribution, set entry points that a real segment can reach, and configure the perks at each level, then review the boundaries as your order values move rather than leaving them where they were on launch day.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Review & Testimonial Programs

Reviews get requested at the right moment after delivery, rewarded on submission, and collected into a library you can actually use. We configure the request timing, the reward, and the moderation, then help you surface the strongest testimonials on the pages where they influence a purchase decision.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Points Liability & Expiry Management

Unredeemed points are a balance sheet item most businesses never look at. We track outstanding liability month to month, configure expiry policies that are fair and clearly communicated, and flag when accrual is running ahead of redemption so the number never becomes a surprise.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Referral Program Setup

Customer referrals get a two sided reward so both the referrer and the new customer have a reason to act. We configure the reward amounts, the qualifying purchase rules, the share prompts, and the attribution window, then keep an eye on whether the incentive is actually large enough to move behavior.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Affiliate Onboarding & Portal

We build the affiliate signup form, decide what you need to collect before approving somebody, and configure the affiliate portal so partners can see their links, traffic, conversions, and earnings without emailing you for numbers. Approval workflow and terms get set up alongside it.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Commission Structures & Payouts

Flat rate, percentage, tiered by volume, or different rates per product group, whichever fits your economics. We configure the structure, set the cookie and attribution rules, run the payout cycle each month, and reconcile the figures so partners get paid the right amount on schedule.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Fraud Controls & Attribution Checks

Self referrals, duplicate accounts, and coupon abuse are what quietly drain a program. We configure the safeguards, monitor for accounts that only ever refer themselves, review unusual redemption patterns, and tighten the rules when somebody finds a gap, before the loss shows up in your margin.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Program Performance Dashboards

We build the dashboards that answer whether the program is working, covering enrollment rate, active member share, points issued against points redeemed, repeat purchase rate for members against non members, and revenue attributed to the program rather than just to the store.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Affiliate & Referral Revenue Reporting

You get a clear read on which partners and which referral sources actually produce revenue, what each one costs you in commission, and where the return justifies more attention. Weak performers get flagged so you can retire them rather than carrying them indefinitely.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Monthly Program Review

Every month you get a written review of enrollment, redemption, affiliate performance, and program cost against attributed revenue. We bring specific recommendations, such as adjusting an earn rate or retiring a reward nobody claims, rather than sending a chart pack and leaving you to interpret it.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Zoho CRM Sync

Loyalty and affiliate data belongs next to the rest of the customer record. We set up the custom fields on leads and contacts, connect Thrive to your CRM account, and confirm affiliate codes, points earned, points redeemed, and referral dates all land where your sales team can see them.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Campaigns & Marketing Automation

A loyalty program is only as good as the emails around it. We connect Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation, build the segments that matter such as lapsed members and customers one tier away from an upgrade, and set up the automated journeys that bring them back.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Analytics & Commerce Connections

We pull Thrive data into Zoho Analytics so program performance sits alongside your sales and marketing reporting rather than in its own silo. Where you run Zoho Commerce, the store connection gets configured properly so orders, refunds, and cancellations adjust points correctly.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Monthly Change Requests

Reward tweaks, new campaigns, tier adjustments, seasonal promotions, and widget changes are covered by your plan with no hourly rate attached. That means you test a new offer when the idea arrives rather than waiting until there is enough work to justify a quote.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Team Training & Data Ownership

We train your marketing and support teams on the day to day, covering how to look up a member, adjust a balance, and answer a points question at the counter or on chat. Your Thrive account, your customer data, and your subscription sit under your company name, not behind an agency login.

Answers to common managed Zoho Thrive questions

Frequently asked questions
What is managed Zoho Thrive?
It is a subscription where we run your Zoho Thrive loyalty and affiliate programs for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers the initial design and setup, the store connection, points rules, reward catalog, VIP tiers, referral and affiliate configuration, and the widget on your site. It also covers the ongoing work, meaning payout cycles, campaign changes, fraud checks, reporting, and the adjustments your team asks for as the program matures.
What does Zoho Thrive actually do?
Zoho Thrive is a performance marketing platform that runs two related things. The loyalty side lets customers earn points for purchases, referrals, reviews, signups, and social actions, then redeem them for discounts, coupons, or gifts, with optional VIP tiers on top. The affiliate side handles partner signup, tracking links, commission calculation, and a portal where affiliates see their own earnings. Both run through a widget on your storefront.
How much does managed Zoho Thrive cost?
It is $500 per month for one organization, billed on the first of the month. That is a flat rate covering the whole program rather than a per member or per affiliate fee, so the cost does not climb as the program grows. There is no separate implementation charge. If you also run other Zoho apps, the Zoho One bundle at $2,000 per month usually costs less than four individual app plans.
Is the Zoho Thrive license included in that price?
No. Our fee covers the management work, not your Zoho subscription. Thrive has its own plans priced on brands, users, affiliate count, and monthly redemptions, and there is a free tier. We will tell you which plan your program actually needs before you commit, and the license stays in an account registered to your company rather than to us.
Does Zoho Thrive work with Shopify?
Yes. Thrive connects to Shopify, Wix, Zoho Commerce, and custom built sites. We handle the connection, confirm that orders, refunds, and cancellations adjust point balances correctly, and test the widget on your live theme before anything goes in front of customers. If your store runs on something unusual, tell us what it is and we will confirm the fit before you sign up.
How is this different from a Shopify loyalty app?
The main difference is that somebody runs it. Most loyalty apps are perfectly capable and then sit untouched for a year with an earn rate nobody has revisited. We handle the design, the ongoing tuning, the payouts, and the reporting. The second difference is that Thrive sits inside Zoho, so loyalty and affiliate data lands in your CRM and your email tool rather than in a separate silo.
Can you run both a loyalty program and an affiliate program?
Yes, and most clients do. Thrive handles both in one platform, which means a customer who becomes an advocate can move from earning points to earning commission without you running two systems. We configure them to complement each other rather than compete, so a referral does not accidentally pay out twice through both programs.
How do affiliate payouts work?
We configure the commission structure, whether that is flat rate, percentage, tiered by volume, or varied by product group, along with the attribution window and cookie rules. Each month we run the payout cycle, reconcile the figures against your orders, and flag anything that looks wrong before money moves. Affiliates see their own numbers in the portal, so you stop fielding earnings questions by email.
How do you stop people gaming the program?
Self referrals, duplicate accounts, and coupon abuse are the usual routes. We configure the safeguards at setup, then monitor for the patterns that indicate abuse, such as accounts that only ever refer themselves or redemption spikes from a single source. When somebody finds a gap we tighten the rules, and we tell you what happened rather than quietly patching it.
Will you help design the reward structure?
That is the part we would rather do first. We model the earn rate and redemption values against your margins and average order value, so the program drives repeat purchase without costing more than it returns. Getting this wrong is the most expensive mistake in loyalty, and it is much harder to fix after customers have accrued balances under the old rules.
Can we change rewards and campaigns whenever we want?
Yes. Reward tweaks, seasonal promotions, tier adjustments, new campaigns, and widget changes are covered by the monthly plan with no hourly rate attached. Send us what you want and we will build it. The point of a flat rate is that you test an idea when it occurs to you rather than saving it up until there is enough work to justify a quote.
Does Thrive connect to Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns?
Yes, and we set both up as part of onboarding. CRM needs specific custom fields on leads and contacts before affiliate codes, points balances, and referral dates will sync, which is the step most people miss. Campaigns and Marketing Automation then let you segment on loyalty data, so you can email lapsed members or customers sitting just below a tier threshold.
Is Zoho Thrive included in Zoho One?
Thrive is available in Zoho One, which is why some clients discover they have been paying for it without ever opening it. If you already hold a Zoho One subscription, we configure the program inside the account you have rather than starting a separate plan. It is also the reason the bundled option below is worth a look if you run several Zoho apps.
How long does setup take?
Most programs launch in three to four weeks. The first week is design, meaning goals, reward economics, and tier thresholds. The second covers the store connection, points rules, and reward catalog. The third is the widget, the referral and affiliate configuration, and testing. Then we soft launch to a segment before opening it to your whole customer base.
What happens if we want to leave?
You keep everything, because it was always yours. The Thrive account, the member data, the points balances, the affiliate records, and the subscription all sit under your company name. There is no agency login in the middle and nothing to hand over. We will document the current configuration and payout schedule, give your team a handover session, and remove our access.
