I chose Cascadia based on their experience with Zoho CRM and campaigns. I needed help from a developer to come up with a script to reformat phone numbers into a format that marketing automation can use and also help with some marketing workflows that were not triggering properly. The project took a little bit longer than I anticipated but due to the complexity, I understood. Everything has since been figured out and is working the way it should.
