Spreadsheets stop working the moment your data has relationships in it. Managed Zoho Tables covers the base design, the linked records, the views each team needs, and the automations, all inside the Zoho account your company owns. We migrate you off Airtable or Sheets without losing structure, connect the whole thing to Zoho CRM, and keep building as your process changes.

Structure your team can actually use
A no code database is easy to start and expensive to restructure, which is the wrong way round for something you are building while still learning how the work runs. Two years of records accumulate against whatever shape got chosen in the first afternoon, and by then changing it means migrating all of them.
The structure is the whole game. Data modelled as one wide table because that was quickest becomes impossible to report on and impossible to change, and by the time anyone notices there are years of records depending on it. So relationships are designed properly at the start, even though it takes longer. Views are built per role rather than one shared screen everybody filters differently. Permissions stop people editing what they should only read. And when the process changes, the structure changes with it instead of gaining another column called Notes.
Agencies usually bill data modeling as a discovery project and charge separately to run the thing afterward. We fold both into one monthly rate with no separate setup charge. That puts the incentive on us to design a structure that holds up, because we are the ones maintaining it next quarter.
Nobody should wait two days to add a view. We train your team on the parts they will actually touch, meaning records, filters, and their own saved views, and leave written notes behind for the next hire. You handle the daily work and send us the structural changes.
Zoho Tables handles operational tracking well and is not a replacement for a real application platform. Because we are not reselling licenses, we have no reason to talk you into it. Tell us what you are trying to run and we will say plainly whether this is the right fit.
Most platform moves flatten everything into a spreadsheet export and lose the links. We rebuild your tables and relationships inside Zoho Tables first, then carry the data across so every record still knows what it is connected to. The structure survives the move, not just the rows.
Your bases, your records, your automations, and your Zoho subscription all sit in an account registered to your company. Nothing lives behind an agency login. If you bring this back in house or move to another provider, there is nothing to hand over because it was never ours.
A tracker that cannot reach your pipeline is just another silo. We match records against the right account in Zoho CRM, push data into Zoho Analytics for reporting across sources, and use Zoho Flow to connect Tables to whatever else your team already runs.
Why teams stop building this alone
Anybody can put a table together in an afternoon. Designing relationships that will not need rebuilding in six months, getting the automations right, and keeping the structure clean once ten people are adding records is the part that usually goes wrong. Here is how the two approaches compare.

Half finished bases sit in Zoho accounts everywhere, because the person building it also has a job. We run the build to an agreed structure and a go live date, come back to you for review and approval, and hand over something your team can start using on the day.
Wide tables, duplicated columns, and status kept as free text all work fine right up until they do not. We model the relationships properly before anyone starts entering data, so adding a team or a new record type later is a small change rather than a rebuild.
Data sitting in a standalone tracker gets updated once and forgotten. We link records across your tables and sync the relevant ones into Zoho CRM, so your account team sees the same information the next time they open that account.
An automation firing on the wrong condition is worse than no automation at all. We build each one against your real workflow, test it with live records before it goes on, and check every trigger again whenever the structure underneath it changes.
Some workflows genuinely need Zoho Creator or a proper database. Because we do not resell Zoho licenses, we will say so rather than building a workaround, and we will help you move if that is the right call. We also flag when Zoho One costs less than separate app plans.
Hourly help makes every small change feel expensive, so people stop asking and the base quietly drifts out of date. A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep the thing working rather than to bill hours against it.
Built for teams outgrowing spreadsheets
A managed base pays off once the tracking matters more than anyone has time for. If your operations run on a shared spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, your Airtable bill keeps climbing, or your team keeps rebuilding the same tracker every quarter, this is usually the fix.

Running more than one Zoho app? The Zoho One bundle covers every app under one monthly plan instead of stacking separate app subscriptions on top of each other. CRM, Desk, Books, Sites, Campaigns, and the rest get managed together for less than four individual app plans, which is where most multi-app teams end up.
