Managed Zoho PageSense Services for A/B Tests Heatmaps Funnels

Most websites lose people in the same three places every month and nobody can say which three. Managed Zoho PageSense puts the testing, the heatmaps, the session recordings, and the funnel reporting in one place we run for you. We install the tracking properly, find where visitors give up, build the tests that fix it, and tell you what each one produced.

Testing that moves the number

What makes our managed Zoho PageSense service different

Most reported conversion wins are noise. A test gets called after four days because the number looks encouraging, the change ships, and nothing actually improves. Testing without the discipline to wait is worse than not testing at all, because it manufactures confident decisions out of random variation.

So tests run to a sample size agreed before they start rather than until the number looks good. Variants are built to render without a flicker, since a page that visibly repaints is testing your loading behaviour rather than your copy. Tracking is verified after every site change, because a redesign that quietly breaks it invalidates everything measured afterwards. And a flat result is reported as flat rather than dressed up as a directional signal.

Why teams stop doing this alone

Managed Zoho PageSense vs running tests in house

Anybody can install a script and switch on a heatmap. Running a continuous test program, keeping the tracking accurate through site changes, and calling results correctly is a different job, and it is the part that usually stops after the second month. Here is how the two approaches compare.

Getting a test built

In house, a test waits on whoever knows the tool, and they are usually mid project. Under a subscription you send the idea and it goes live within a few days, checked on every browser and screen size, with the goal set correctly before any traffic reaches it.

Tests that quietly break

A variant that flickers on load or fails on a phone ruins the result, and nobody notices until the numbers look strange. We check every variant before launch and watch tests while they run rather than reading the report a month later.

Recordings nobody watches

Session recordings and heatmaps pile up unwatched because reviewing them is nobody's actual job. We review them on a schedule, tag the patterns that repeat, and hand you the two minute clip that shows the problem.

Knowing when to stop a test

Calling a winner on day three is the most common testing mistake there is. We size each test in advance, run it through complete weekly cycles, and stop it on significance rather than on enthusiasm or a deadline.

Growing into the wider Zoho suite

A testing tool on its own has no view of what happened after the click. We manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a conversion problem turns out to be a lead routing problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.

What it costs next month

Hourly help makes every small test feel expensive, so people stop asking and the program stalls after two experiments. A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep finding wins rather than billing hours.

Built for sites that need to convert

Who our managed Zoho PageSense service fits best

Conversion work starts paying once you have enough traffic to measure and enough at stake to care about a few percent. If you are buying ads, running a store, or watching signups flatten while sessions hold steady, this is usually the fix.

How we work with you

How our managed Zoho PageSense service works

Whether you are starting with no tracking at all or inheriting an account somebody set up two years ago, the sequence is the same. We measure what happens now, fix what is obviously broken, then start testing. Most clients see their first real result within four to six weeks.

1

We install and measure what happens now

We put the snippet on every template and verify it fires, then set up the funnels, goals, heatmaps, and recordings that show how people actually move through your site. Before we change anything we let it collect for a couple of weeks, because a baseline you can trust is the only thing that makes a later result mean something.

2

We fix the obvious and start testing

The first pass usually finds problems that need no test at all, a form field that fails on mobile or a step that loses half its traffic for an obvious reason. We fix those, then build the first experiments against the biggest remaining drop off, sized so the answer arrives in weeks rather than quarters.

3

We keep the program running

From there you get a running queue of tests, a monthly summary of what won and what did not, and the tracking checked as your site changes. You send us ideas and priorities and we build them. The program keeps producing findings instead of stalling after the first burst of enthusiasm.

A/B Test Design & Build

You bring the question and we build the test. We write the hypothesis, decide what changes, build the variants in the visual editor or with custom code, and set the goal that decides the winner. Tests get built to answer something you can act on rather than to fill a testing calendar.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Split URL & Multivariate Tests

Some changes are too big for a variant swap. When you have a whole new page, we run it as a split URL test with traffic divided properly and tracking working on both sides. When several elements interact, we set up a multivariate test sized so the result actually means something.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Test QA & Statistical Calls

A variant that flickers on load or breaks on a phone costs you real revenue. We check every variant across browsers and screen sizes before traffic reaches it, then call the result on sample size and significance rather than stopping the test the day the numbers look good.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Experiment Roadmap & Backlog

Testing works when it is a queue rather than a one off. We keep a prioritized backlog built from heatmap findings, funnel drop off, session recordings, and your own commercial priorities. You know what we plan to test next month and why it is ahead of the other ideas.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Heatmap Setup & Analysis

We configure click, scroll, and attention heatmaps on the pages that matter, then read them for you. You get what the data shows, which elements people ignore, where the fold really lands on the devices your visitors use, and which of those findings is worth turning into a test.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Session Recording Review

Recordings are useful and nobody has time to watch them. We sample and review them, tag the patterns worth acting on, and send you the short clips that show the actual problem. You get the two minutes that matter instead of a folder full of raw footage.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Form Analytics & Drop Off

Forms lose people one field at a time. We set up form analytics on your signup and checkout forms, find the fields where people hesitate, retype, or abandon entirely, and turn those into specific changes we can test. Usually it is one field nobody suspected.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Event & Engagement Tracking

We define the events worth measuring on each page, tag them properly, and keep the tagging current as the site changes. When a template gets redesigned, the tracking gets rebuilt with it rather than quietly reporting nothing while everyone assumes the numbers are still good.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Funnel Setup & Drop Off Analysis

We build funnels that match how people actually move through your site, from the ad click to the confirmation page. Every step gets measured, and the step losing the most people becomes the thing we investigate first rather than the page somebody on the team happens to dislike.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Goal & Conversion Tracking

A conversion needs a definition before anyone can improve it. We set up goals for the actions that matter to you, including purchases, signups, demo requests, and downloads, then confirm each one fires once and only when it should. Revenue goals carry the value so you can weigh a result.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Audience Segments & Comparison

Averages hide the answer. We build segments for traffic source, device, new versus returning, and location, then compare behavior across them. That is how you find the problem affecting only mobile paid traffic before you spend a quarter redesigning a page that works fine for everybody else.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Personalization Rules

We build rules that change what a visitor sees based on where they came from, what they have already done, or which segment they fall into. Every rule gets documented so you know what is showing to whom, and nothing keeps running silently for two years after the campaign ended.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Polls, Surveys & Pop Ups

Quantitative data tells you where people leave, not why. We set up on page polls and exit surveys at those exact points, write the questions so the answers are usable, control the frequency so visitors are not interrupted twice, and report what comes back each month.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Web Push & Messaging

PageSense can bring people back without sending another email. We set up web push, build the opt in prompt so it does not fire the second somebody arrives, segment who receives what, and hold the frequency at a level people tolerate rather than block.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Tracking Snippet Installation

We install and verify the PageSense snippet on your site, whether that is WordPress, Zoho Commerce, Shopify, or a custom build, and place it so tests do not flicker on load. If you use a tag manager we configure it there and confirm it fires on every template.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Consent & Privacy Controls

Recordings and heatmaps capture what people do, so the configuration matters. We mask form inputs and sensitive fields, honor your consent banner, exclude pages that should never be recorded, and set retention deliberately so you are not holding visitor data you never agreed to keep.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Data Quality & Ongoing QA

Internal traffic, bots, and staging environments all corrupt a result. We filter your own team out, exclude traffic that is not a real visitor, and check every month that goals still fire and heatmaps still collect after the site changes. Bad data is worse than no data.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Zoho CRM & Analytics Integration

Test results matter more when they connect to revenue. We push PageSense conversion and experiment data into Zoho Analytics and line it up against CRM records, so you can see whether the winning variant produced better leads or simply more of the same ones.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Outside Tool Connections

We connect PageSense to what you already run, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Zoho Campaigns, and wire anything else through Flow or webhooks. Every connection gets documented so you know what data moves where, and we check them instead of waiting for a gap to surface.
Cascadia Web Services logo

Monthly Review & Roadmap

Each month you get a summary of which tests ran, what won, what lost, what the recordings and heatmaps showed, and what we plan next. It is short and written for somebody with other work to do. You reply with priorities and that becomes the following month's queue.

Answers to common managed Zoho PageSense questions

Frequently asked questions
What is managed Zoho PageSense?
It is a monthly service where we run your conversion program inside Zoho PageSense instead of handing you a login and wishing you luck. We install and verify the tracking, set up heatmaps, recordings, funnels, and goals, design and build the A/B tests, call the results, and report what changed. The license stays in your name and the work stays with us.
What does Zoho PageSense actually do?
PageSense is Zoho's conversion optimization tool. It covers A/B and split URL testing, heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics, funnel analysis, goal tracking, on page polls, personalization rules, and web push. It sits alongside your web analytics rather than replacing it, answering why visitors behave the way they do rather than only counting how many showed up.
How much does managed Zoho PageSense cost?
Management is $500 per month per organization, billed on a flat rate with no hourly charges for the ongoing work. That covers the experiment program, the behavior analytics, the reporting, and the changes you send us. Your Zoho PageSense license is billed separately and stays in your name. If you run several Zoho apps, the Zoho One plan usually costs less than stacking individual plans.
Do I need my own Zoho PageSense license?
Yes, and that is deliberate. The subscription sits under your company name with you as the account owner, so every test, heatmap, recording, and report belongs to you. We work inside your account as an authorized user. Nothing lives behind an agency login, which means there is no export to negotiate if you ever decide to take this back in house.
Is PageSense part of Zoho One?
Yes. PageSense is included in the Zoho One suite, so if you already hold Zoho One licenses you may have access without buying anything else. Many teams do not realize it is there. If you run more than three or four Zoho apps individually, we will usually recommend the Zoho One bundle and manage the whole environment under one monthly plan instead.
How is this different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics tells you what happened and how many. PageSense tells you why. Analytics reports that a page has a high exit rate; a heatmap and a set of recordings show you that people never scroll past a banner they assume is an ad. The two work together, and we connect them so the behavior data and the traffic data line up.
How does PageSense compare to Hotjar or VWO?
Feature by feature it covers most of the same ground: testing, heatmaps, recordings, funnels, and surveys in one tool. Where it pulls ahead is price and integration, particularly if you already run Zoho CRM, Campaigns, or Analytics, because the conversion data can meet the customer record. Where dedicated tools lead is depth of statistical reporting on very large test programs.
How much traffic do I need before A/B testing is worth it?
As a rough guide, a few thousand visitors a month to the page you want to test and at least a few hundred conversions gives you results in a reasonable window. Below that, testing is slow and we focus the work elsewhere: heatmaps, recordings, form analytics, and funnel analysis all produce findings at low volume, and we fix the obvious problems before we start measuring small ones.
Will the tests slow down my website?
Not noticeably when the snippet is placed correctly, which is a large part of what you are paying for. Poor installation causes flicker, where the original page appears for a moment before the variant loads, and that both looks bad and skews the result. We install the snippet in the right position, use the anti flicker handling, and check load impact on real pages before traffic reaches a test.
How long does a test take to reach a result?
Most tests need two to four weeks. The length depends on your traffic, your conversion rate, and how large the difference between variants turns out to be. We run tests through complete weekly cycles so weekend behavior does not distort the outcome, and we call the result on sample size and significance rather than stopping early because one variant is ahead on day three.
Can you install PageSense on WordPress or Shopify?
Yes. PageSense works on any site where you can add a script, and we handle the installation on WordPress, Shopify, Zoho Commerce, Webflow, and custom builds. If you use Google Tag Manager we can configure it there instead. After installation we verify the snippet fires on every template rather than only on the homepage somebody happened to check.
What about visitor privacy in session recordings?
Recordings capture what visitors do on your pages, so the configuration matters. We mask form inputs and sensitive fields by default, exclude pages that should never be recorded such as account and payment screens, honor your consent banner so recording only starts where you have permission, and set a retention period deliberately rather than accumulating data indefinitely.
How many tests do you run each month?
Typically two to four running at once, depending on your traffic and how many pages can be tested without the experiments interfering with each other. Low traffic sites run fewer tests for longer. We keep a prioritized backlog and tell you each month what is running, what is queued, and why one idea is ahead of another.
Do you fix the pages, or just tell me what to change?
We build the variants, so the change is live and measured rather than sitting in a report. Winning variants can run permanently through PageSense while your team schedules the permanent code change, and we will tell you when a fix belongs in the site itself instead. Larger design and development work is quoted separately under our development service.
What happens if I want to cancel or bring this in house?
You keep everything. The PageSense subscription, the historical test results, the heatmaps, the recordings, the funnels, and the goal configuration all live in your own account under your company name. We document how each test and rule is built as part of the monthly service, so a handover is a conversation rather than a reconstruction project.
