Marketing automation goes wrong quietly. A journey stops firing, a score drifts out of date, and nobody notices until the pipeline looks thin. Managed Zoho Marketing Automation puts the journeys, the scoring, the sending, and the reporting in one place we run for you. We build what you need, sync it with CRM both directions, watch the deliverability, and tell you which channel actually produced the revenue.

Automation that produces pipeline
Marketing automation earns its keep or wastes it on a single decision: what counts as a lead worth passing to sales. Get that wrong and you have built an expensive machine for annoying people who were never going to buy, while the ones who were ready get a generic sequence and no phone call.
Scoring is where most of these programmes quietly go wrong. A model built on assumptions rather than on which behaviours actually preceded closed deals will hand sales a queue they learn to ignore, and once ignored it never gets trusted again. So the score is built from your own history and revisited as it stops predicting. Handoff happens at a threshold sales agreed to. Journeys are tested end to end before anyone enters them. And deliverability is watched, because a nurture sequence in a spam folder still reports as sent.
You do not need to learn a journey builder or map a funnel on a whiteboard that nobody implements. Tell us what should happen after somebody raises a hand, and we build it, test every branch with real records, and put it live. The fiddly parts, wait steps and exit rules, get done by people who do it daily.
A hot lead sitting in a nurture sequence is a lost deal. We set the score and behavior thresholds that trigger the handoff, configure the assignment and the notification, and stop the marketing sends that would talk over an active sales conversation. Every handoff is logged, so both sides read the same record.
Your campaign can be excellent and still land in a spam folder. We authenticate the sending domain, warm it properly, and monitor reputation and placement from there. When engagement drops we check authentication and list quality before rewriting the subject line. Bounces and complaints get suppressed everywhere, not just on the list that caused them.
Most companies have journeys built by three former employees and no record of what any of them do. We inventory every automation, retire what has been sending to nobody, merge the duplicates, and leave you a program you can describe in a sentence and one person accountable for it.
Every journey, segment, template, and contact record lives inside your own Zoho subscription under your company name. Nothing sits behind an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you. If you bring this back in house, it is already yours.
A renamed field in CRM can break a sync without producing an error anywhere. We check the mappings that carry your leads, scores, and lifecycle stages in both directions, and fix them before a month of records lands in the wrong place. You hear it from our summary, not from a rep asking where the leads went.
Why teams stop running this in house
Anybody can send a campaign. Keeping a dozen journeys firing correctly, a scoring model that still reflects who buys, a clean list, an authenticated domain, and a CRM sync that does not silently drift is a different job. Here is how the two approaches compare.

In house, a change waits on whoever built the journey, and they are usually mid campaign. Under a subscription you send the request and it is done within a day or two, tested through every branch, with the CRM mapping updated to match.
A field renamed in CRM can stop a mapping working without producing a single error message. We check the sync in both directions rather than waiting for somebody to notice the lead stages stopped updating, which is usually a month later.
Old campaign automations stay active for years, sending to segments that stopped meaning anything. We find them, switch them off deliberately, and make sure the journeys still running are the only ones a contact can actually enter.
Without source fields captured at entry, every lead looks the same and channel performance turns into an argument. We capture the source and the UTM values at signup and carry them into CRM and onto the deal, so the number is there when you ask.
A standalone automation tool has no reason to care what happens in CRM or Desk. We manage the wider Zoho environment, so when a scoring problem is really a CRM data problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
Hourly help makes every small change feel expensive, so people stop asking and start sending one off blasts instead. A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your program working rather than billable.
Built for teams that run on pipeline
Marketing automation stops being a side task once several journeys run at once, once sales depends on the score, or once somebody asks which campaign produced last quarter. If nobody can say how many automations are live or what each one sends, this is usually the fix.

How we work with you
Whether you are starting from nothing or untangling a platform three people have touched, the sequence is the same. We find out what exists, rebuild what should stay, then run it. Most clients are live within three to four weeks and stop thinking about the plumbing after that.
1
We start by finding every automation, list, template, and integration connected to your marketing, including the journey somebody built for a webinar two years ago that is still sending. For each one we record what triggers it, who receives it, where the data lands, and whether it still serves a purpose. That list is usually longer and messier than anyone expects.
2
We authenticate your sending domain first, because it takes time to warm. Then we rebuild the journeys worth keeping with proper triggers and exit rules, build the scoring model, and wire the CRM sync in both directions. Existing automations keep running until their replacements are tested with real contacts, so no lead falls through the gap.
3
From there you send us changes and we make them, usually within a day or two. We watch the sync, the deliverability, and the journey error logs, tune the scoring as you learn which leads convert, and send a monthly summary of what sent, what performed, and what we fixed. The program stops being something you discover is broken.
