Most reporting problems are not reporting problems. The dashboard is fine. The data feeding it arrived duplicated, half formatted, and three days late because somebody exported it by hand. Zoho DataPrep fixes that upstream: pipelines that pull from your sources, clean and reshape the records, then deliver them on a schedule. Our managed Zoho DataPrep plan builds those pipelines, watches every run, and repairs them when a source changes, at a flat monthly rate.

Clean data that stays clean
A data pipeline that breaks is a good outcome. Somebody notices the same day and it gets fixed. The bad outcome is the one that keeps running after a field was renamed upstream, writing plausible nonsense into every report downstream of it, for as long as nobody thinks to check.
So the checks are aimed at the failures that do not announce themselves. Schema changes at the source are watched rather than discovered later. Row counts and value ranges are compared against what is normal for you, because a job that succeeded is not the same as a job that was right. Transformations are documented while somebody still remembers the reasoning. And a person reads the output rather than assuming it, which is the only check that catches a number that is wrong but believable.
A pipeline is not finished when it works once. Jobs fail for boring reasons: a credential expires, a source goes offline, a file arrives malformed. We read the run history, catch those failures, and fix them, usually before anyone notices a dashboard did not refresh this morning.
Somebody renames a field in CRM and your pipeline keeps running, quietly producing wrong output. That is the failure mode nobody plans for, because nothing errors. We monitor for those changes and rebuild the affected transform steps before the bad numbers reach a report you present.
DataPrep profiles every column it touches, but a profile nobody reads changes nothing. Each month we go through yours, find the fields quietly filling with junk, and tell you whether the fix belongs in the pipeline or upstream in how your team enters records.
We do not build pipelines in the abstract. We start from the reports you actually need and work backward to the sources, which means the output arrives at the right grain with the right keys. Building a dashboard on top stops involving workarounds and manual joins.
Everything we build lives inside your own Zoho subscription, under your ownership. If you ever change providers, the pipelines, transform rules, and run history stay exactly where they are. Nothing sits in an agency account, so there is no export to negotiate and no leverage held over you.
Every pipeline we build gets written down: what it pulls, what it changes, where the result lands, and when it runs. If we ever part ways, your team inherits something readable rather than a job nobody wants to touch. That documentation is part of the service, not an extra.
Why teams stop doing this by hand
Almost every business runs some version of the spreadsheet method: export, clean, paste, repeat. It works until the person who knows the steps takes a week off, or the volume outgrows what a sheet can hold. Here is how the two approaches compare once you are past that point.

Every new source or transform means a fresh quote and a wait when you are billing by the project, which quietly discourages you from asking. Under a subscription you tell us what the report needs and we adjust the pipeline. That is simply part of the service.
A one-time build is correct on the day it ships. Then somebody renames a field and the job keeps running while producing wrong output. We monitor for those changes and rebuild the affected steps, so the numbers still mean what they meant last quarter.
Most providers quote a rebuild because it is easier than reading someone else's work. We audit what exists, check which pipelines still run clean, and tell you honestly which are worth keeping and which should be rewritten from scratch.
Failure logs and data profiles only help if somebody opens them and acts on what they say. We go through yours every month, find the jobs failing quietly and the fields filling with junk, and fix them, rather than leaving the information available to anyone curious.
A contractor hired to build one pipeline has no reason to look at what else you run. We manage the wider Zoho ecosystem, so when your data problem is really a CRM configuration problem, we say so, and we flag when Zoho One costs less than adding apps one by one.
Project pricing makes every request an unpleasant conversation, so people stop making requests. A flat monthly rate makes the cost predictable and puts the incentive on us to keep your data clean rather than to accumulate billable hours.
Built for teams that fight their data
DataPrep earns its keep once your data lives in more than one place and somebody is reconciling it by hand. If a monthly report takes a day of cleanup, or two systems disagree about the same customer, or a migration is coming up, this is usually the fix.

How we work with you
Whether you are standing up reporting for the first time or trying to trust numbers you already have, the sequence is the same. We look at your sources, build the pipeline that prepares them, then keep it running as things change. Your first pipeline is usually live within two to three weeks.
1
We start at both ends: what data you have and where it lives, and what your reports actually need to answer. The gap between the two is where the work sits. We also profile your existing records, because the real state of your data usually decides what gets built first and what can wait.
2
We set up the source connections, write the transform rules that clean and reshape the records, build the joins across systems, and configure where the output lands. Then we run it against real data and check the result with you, because your team has to recognize the numbers before anything goes on a schedule.
3
The pipeline goes on the schedule your business works to, and we start watching the runs. Failures get caught and fixed, schema changes get repaired, and data quality gets reviewed each month. As your reporting questions change we adjust the pipeline, rather than quoting you for a new one every time.

Running more than one Zoho app? The Zoho One bundle covers every app under one monthly plan instead of stacking separate app subscriptions on top of each other. CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, DataPrep, and the rest get managed together for less than four individual app plans, which is where most multi-app teams end up.
