Every day we compare how the site looks against the day before, and again after every update, so a change in appearance is caught by us rather than reported by your client.
Five monitors are included, each watching one thing on one page, across up to five pages: the checkout button on the checkout page, the contact form on the contact page, whatever has to work for the site to earn its keep. We set these up for you. Form submission monitoring, where a form is submitted on a schedule and checked end to end, and monitor results inside your portal, are both being built. Until then monitors watch that the right things are present on the page, a failure reaches us, and we act on it.
